Severely understaffed every morning. I go to this location every morning before work and nearly every time there is a queue of customers to only 2 or sometimes even 1 person serving. The staff is really good and friendly they just need more support or maybe a supervisor or manager that’s always there to help

I was there on Monday 12/16/24 at 8 pm, the place was dirty, floor, table, bar, papers thrown everywhere and the toilet service was worse. Only one staff, with a very bad attitude and zero friendliness, I'm on vacation visiting my son and the truth is I expected something else from Tim Hortons, they had highly recommended it to me

Recently went to this store and ordered a medium French with a shot of espresso. When i got the order, i took a sip and instantly realised that the espresso shot is not there. I told the women who took and made my order that the espresso shot is not there. She started saying that no no it is there i put it i put it. But it was not!! I couldn’t stand there and talk for long because i was already late for work. The store was not busy at all, it was 7 AM in the morning and still. Its very frustrating when you don’t get your desired coffee!! I take this coffee regularly so i know what it tastes like and i told her the same, but she wasn’t ready to listen! Everytime i visit this store, something unprofessional happens! You guys know how to charge 1 extra dollar for a shot of espresso but don’t know how to put it in the coffee!!

Only one person serves well and because he knows I'm from Tim, old bagel, the cashier made my bagel, I didn't see him change his glove, the coffee sucks, but what's up with this Tim, don't they have a manager or what?
I like to rest and charge my devices. I usually get a large double double and timbits.

Bathrooms were absolutely diagusting. The floors hadn't been cleaned in what looked like weeks. No toilet paper and 3 lovely used crack pipes on the sink.
