I love this Tim’s. As a student it, has the perfect location. Though it is usually busy, they’re always quick with orders. Best interaction I had just yesterday with an employee, I think his name was Alam. He was very nice taking my order and went above and beyond.

Didn’t eat here cause it looked really dirty. The outside of this location is what you’d see in a post-apocalyptic zombie movie. Bunch of homeless people lying all over the place. Not safe
Honestly haven’t been there in a long time but I would avoid this place due to the alarming amount of homeless people and drug addicts. Not only that, someone came forward a said the worker asked a patron to spit in a cup, and the employees were smiling at her encouraging her to do it. She found it weird and did not, makes you think that the employees may be spitting in drinks and serving it to customers with a smile. Absolutely sick and management needs to take these matters extremely seriously especially since this is downtown and close to TMU where many students go.
Personally, I will never step foot in this Tim Hortons ever again.
