Very very slow 🐌 even when you order ahead, give them 15minutes. Only 2 staff working after 5pm weekdays. 6 people in line. Plus mobile order pick ups. Try any of the other coffee shops around there unless you like waiting 10 minutes or more.

I regularly order here n everytime they provide lesser quantity. I ordered everything bagel with butter and cream cheese n see how much they put the cream cheese. We are paying extra for it, its not complementary.

Floor look dirty. I was the only one to be served. The staffs were talking in their language. This is an English country. I been ignored for few minutes and one young guy gave me the wrong order he gave me a coffee instead of steep tea. Probably international students

I was at the Tim Hortons and made an order for two craveabel chicken sandwiches. When I got my food, I only got one. When I went to the lady and told her, she felt really bad and said that she would make one quickly. About ten minutes later, I went up to her and asked how long it would be, she said it would be a minute or two. When the lady had three on the counter, I asked if one of them was for me, she said yes, then she proceeded to put it in another customers bag. When I asked the lady again, she said sorry and she was going to make me another one. Guess what, she never did. When I asked for a refund, she said maybe I could wait another minute, I said no because I have already waited about 20 minutes. When I said that, she said she had to get her manager to issue the 6 dollar refund. About 5 minutes later, I got the refund and left. Please save yourself and your time and do not go to this Tim Hortons.

One of the worst branches. Might as well spend 5 extra mins and take the foot over bridge to go to the tims on king street. The person making my food order was so lost that he kept the order on his side and forgot to inform me. I got it after 15 mins of waiting and eventually asking about it.

The staff are all so kind and friendly. It’s a busy store and they are always smiling even when rushing around! Special shout out to Lhaki who helped me through stressful some early mornings
