I added few orders including today. I usually order hot drinks and the portions for every drink is low. Once or twice mistake is fine but everytime!?? not to mention you guys changed the price and changed the portions to low.
I hope this problem will be solved as soon as possible.

Nearly 20 mins after I ordered with receipt the food was not ready so I went to the front desk myself to check what's going on, and he checked for a while then said they don't have the item now.. You really just don't bother to inform me during the whole 20 mins and I have to check myself to know?? Definitely worst place I've been to in Toronto

Honestly, Ankit is extremely rude and unprofessional. I work in the mall and have been getting my lunch from Tim Hortons for the past 3 years, but this was the worst experience ever. He has no sense of how to talk to customers. My entire store team and I have decided never to buy from this location again. He keeps smiling in a sarcastic way, which makes the situation even worse. You should seriously consider taking action—he does not represent the Tim Hortons brand well at all.

I regularly come here to grab coffee on my way to work and many times Konjit takes my order. I just
wanted to say how much I appreciate the consistent good service I receive. She is always friendly and professional whenever I come in. Even when it’s busy, she handles things efficiently and with a positive attitude. She remembered my regular order after a few visits, which I was so touched by. It’s clear she cares about doing a good job and making the experience easy for customers.

They do have a friendly staff and fast service they have good communication as well on how they do their assigned roles like doing coffee om cash and on sandwich. I see that their manager is always there to help them as well whenever they have a concern about something especially the staff and the customers. I would likely go back to purchase food again because of their good cuatomer service.

Vegetarian options: They have good vegetarian option like wrap and bowl you can customize as well

Kid-friendliness: They have good staff who treat kids what they want whenever they wanna order something with their parents like giving suggestions

Wheelchair accessibility: They have a space for wheelchair and they give good service fornpeople with disability

I recently visited Tim Hortons and ordered a loaded bowl, but it was a huge disappointment. The bowl was half-filled with lettuce, with barely any rice or chicken. For the price, I expected a well-portioned, balanced meal, but what I received was far from it.

On top of that, the service was subpar. The staff seemed inattentive, and it felt like my concerns didn’t matter. Tim Hortons usually delivers a decent experience, but this visit left me feeling extremely let down.

I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve both portion sizes and customer service.
