I just bought a combo Holiday meal at Tim Hortons and it didn't include socks. I went to the register to complain and a rude cashier told me I had to order the socks or buy another combo. Seriously?! The combo clearly shows the products included. How stupid! I'm so upset. Such a lack of professionalism from your employees. I will never buy from this brand again!

I ordered a hash brown in the morning, and it was not hot at all. It also had a weird taste and looked slightly greenish at the end, so I’m not sure how long it had been sitting out. I understand that it was busy and that the employees seemed stressed, but my food was not okay. On top of that, the receipt was not printing properly.

I order breakfast here almost every single day, but this was by far my worst experience. I ordered a custom everything bagel sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and a hash brown. After one bite, the sandwich was terrible. I asked the employee to check or replace it and mentioned the hash browns were not fresh. They replaced it within a minute, but the new sandwich was even worse than the first one. As a regular customer, this was extremely disappointing. I wasted both my time and money, and the quality clearly did not meet the standard I experience here daily.
