I would love to come back and order here on tge afternoon because they have good and fast customer service as well as their staff are very polite and nice. Kate was the one who took my orders and she was very polite and patient while I was ordering.

I come to this Tim Hortons regularly, and I’m always impressed by the service. Even when it’s busy, the staff remain polite, patient, and efficient. The lineups move quickly, orders are accurate, and the team always greets customers with a smile. Great experience every time!

I ordered a hash brown in the morning, and it was not hot at all. It also had a weird taste and looked slightly greenish at the end, so I’m not sure how long it had been sitting out. I understand that it was busy and that the employees seemed stressed, but my food was not okay. On top of that, the receipt was not printing properly.
