I ordered a late and I saw her mixing hot chocolate in to my late cause the cup was not full due to shortage of hot milk.She thought she was hiding from me but I saw what she was doing and dump the late in garbage and left,I reported the matter to head office and waiting for feedback.

The staff attitude is very bad

I've gone here daily for years. Today I was called stupid by an employee, after asking for tape to fix my torn 20. I was told they have no tape. They refused my order.I was told to go to the bank to fix my money on a Sunday. Shame on this establishment for calling a years long customer stupid not just once but twice. I've recorded the incident and will be addressing this with the owner..Also in the video that I made the floors were filthy. I'll be making videos every morning to audit the customer service and cleanliness. If I don't receive an apology I'll be posting my videos all over tikok and the community forums. Another customer kindly paid for my bagel and was also appalled by the customer service.

This is regarding the afternoon staff -1) The lady at the counter has a serious attitude issue, when I say serious, I mean SERIOUS. She was rude to most of the customers there. And she seemed like the manager, because the rest were just following her commands.2) She got 2 orders wrong in the 15 mins I was there.3) My order was delayed, which is fine because it was rush hour. Even though with better staff, that can be improvised by atleast 50%.To the owner - There are 100 other qualified people lined up to replace them. People who can smile, who like customer service, who can make the people feel welcome. I saw the expressions of other people there and it wasn't good. And I don't complain often, this review took a lot of my time so please pay heed to it. Though I'm never going there again, I would rather walk up to college Street than ruin my day.

The staff member Tej is lousy and lacks knowledge of Tim Hortons' policy. She thinks the survey codes are valid until the end of the month and not 30 days. She declined to accept the survey code from 5th Dec for the 23rd Nov purchase. The first excuse was that the survey code didn't match, and then they said it was from the last month.Message to Owner: If you cannot stick to standard policies, why take the franchise and spoil the brand that is synonymous with Canada? Open a coffee shop and make your policies don't spoil customers for Tim

I will never go back to this store. The staff gave me wrong order thats why I have to come back and tell them. The staff is refusing to give me new drinks and did not even say any apology. Not surprised to see a lot of bad review for this branch. I hope the company will do something about this as it ruins the entire reputation and impression of Tim Hortons.
