I know we live in a world of technology but having mobile orders, in store kiosk orders and old school stand online ordering all happening at once and one person working is not good. 3x the amount of orders coming in but much longer wait times.
Ordered a medium coffee from.the kiosk and I waited so far 8 minutes. I am actually writing this as I wait for my one coffee. They have a QR code at the counter asking for reviews as if they provide good service. Service from employees is fine. It is not their fault that the owner doesn't hire enough people to work.
Sad for a time horton to take 10 minutes for coffee. Yes I am still waiting..
Hey, I got coffee

The cashier was fine, but the manager displayed horrible management skills. They need to be re-educated in customer service to treat customers with kindness. If a customer is having difficulty using the app, the manager should explain it kindly rather than dismissively saying, ‘It’s not my problem.’

If you want to live in slow motion, visit this store. Very slow service and depressing atmosphere. The cashier girl was giving off attitude for no reason, not to mention she was racist too. This white couple before me got treated so friendly and then she barely acknowledged me. Staff needs some professional training, unless they’re working for free. I got a mocha latte but it feels like mocha flavoured water. Forced to buy from here.

These places are all the same. Being next to the cn tower, aquarium, and metro toronto convention center makes this one busier.

Great location but service is not good. Long wait times, rush hour generally comes with the staff confusion.

Please train your staff to stay at the cash register when it is busy. The weekend staff always be running which holds up the line. There are 6 people running there is no need for the person on cash to run too. And please open 2 lines.
I hope this review makes a difference.
