We visited this coffee shop twice within the same day, first time before the Blue Jays game and then after the game. Food and service were great both times, however the second visit was less pleasant due to the discarded cups and napkins all over the tables and the floor. It must be due to the fact that this location is understaffed for such a busy area of our city.
I recently visited Tim Hortons and was quite disappointed with my experience. While the food itself was great – the coffee was fresh, and the breakfast sandwich was made to perfection – the service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired.
Firstly, the service was slow and disorganized. Despite there being a small line, it took an unusually long time to place my order. The staff seemed unmotivated and inattentive, with little effort to acknowledge or apologize...
