I walked into Tim Hortons at this location on December 16, 2025 and I see this homeless person sitting on a countertop table that’s supposed to be for eating. Staff were not doing anything to remove the person. It’s disgusting on how this location has become.

Today I ordered a Habanero Rice Bowl and one Double Double. One of your staff delivered the rice bowl, and when I said “thank you,” he replied, “you are not welcome.”
Am I not welcome, or is this a new script Tim Hortons is following recently?
Is this the way staff are being trained nowadays? I have been drinking coffee there since Ahmed was around, and at that time no one ever said anything like that.
Should I take this as an insult, or is this part of Tim Hortons’ new standards?

When I place an order, I expect to receive the entire order, not just part of it.
The coffee today I had from there was so good which made my mind great. The shop was busy even though the service I got was nice. The lady Kamrun have good patience and communication, also her attitude and approch towards customers was so good.
