When ordering from mobile app, you have to be a mind-reader and know to come up to the super-crowded counter to tell them you’ve arrived.
Everyone else’s order they call out.
They claim there are “instructions to do so” all over the place. There’s a big sign for mobile & walk-up at the same 2 feet of counter. No instructions for their different flow.

I dont even want them to give 1 star review . Their staff member rubina was so rude and she was making weird looks and expressions while we were making the order. Apart from that i see fly in their donut …instead of realising their mistake she totally ignored that … thats a serious health concern …at least you should take care of this Just teach your staff about how to treat customers first

I visit some times Tim Hortons regularly, and Kamrun consistently stands out as one of the best employees there. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers are remarkable. Whether it’s the accuracy of my order or the friendly conversation at the counter, she makes every visit enjoyable. Even during busy times, Kamrun remains calm, composed, and always ensures customers leave with a smile.

I really appreciate to the staff first they are so humble and prompt to service and always greet and welcome their customer in a friendly manner, which enticed me the most,I could say a good greetings makes your day. I usually order coffee and I never experienced different taste and bad quality, it's a constant taste ever . I tried the same coffee at another location and I really didn't like it. I love this place in regards to a friendly staff, hygiene, services etc. Thanke a lot for what you're doing. Keep it up guys.

This morning I went to the order window which I have done numerous times before at this location and had no issues. Today, the employee asked if I had a pickup order, I did not and she responded saying I can’t order from the window, I have to go inside and wait in line. It was very confusing because I have ordered from this window before. She was visibly irritated and when I tried clarifying about why there is a sign saying the window is open 24 hours, she very rudely said, if you want to order, you’re going to have to wait. I ended up leaving because why is it necessary to greet someone with such an unpleasant attitude first thing in the morning, especially when the information she was conveying could have been said to me much more kindly. If the window is only for pick-up orders, why is there no sign indicating that? And why is it that sometimes they let me order depending on the employee? Just an overall frustrating interaction that made me not want to return.
