Staff is very nice. Nothing wrong with customer service. What i don't like is that quite often, on the app, it says they're closed while they're open. I cannot make a mobile order on my way to work which would save me a lot of time.
I visit some times Tim Hortons regularly, and Kamrun consistently stands out as one of the best employees there. Her attention to detail and genuine care for customers are remarkable. Whether it’s the accuracy of my order or the friendly conversation at the counter, she makes every visit enjoyable. Even during busy times, Kamrun remains calm, composed, and always ensures customers leave with a smile.
I really appreciate to the staff first they are so humble and prompt to service and always greet and welcome their customer in a friendly manner, which enticed me the most,I could say a good greetings makes your day. I usually order coffee and I never experienced different taste and bad quality, it's a constant taste ever . I tried the same coffee at another location and I really didn't like it. I love this place in regards to a friendly staff, hygiene, services etc....
