The employee offered me a replacement for my cookies and then added another croissant without sugar as I asked.

Understaffed and inefficient workflow. The person taking the orders should not be turning around and preparing sandwiches between each customers. Lineup out the door during a low volume time

This Tim Hortons is really busy but still they are understaffed. I don’t know why they like people standing in queue. This is the only Tim Hortons in the area and they behave like this. The server messed up my order thrice.

Hot drinks are as good here as any other Tim Horton’s. Staff are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, I ordered cold coffee today, and the ice smelled like stale water.

Slow service, poor food/beverage quality. Tim Horton as a chain has been on the decline for years now and this location sort of sums that all up.

Very rude
This review about TimHorton's flatbread pizza rather than the restaurant itself. I wanted to try this pizza because, years ago, McDonald's served personal pizzas and I loved them. I hoped Tom Horton one could be similar. Unfortunately it was not even close. Not tasty. Bread was not crispy enough and it was more like made of spreading sauce and cheese on a hot bread.
