Located within the PATH system walking distance of several offices, hotels and retail stores. Popular with tourists, office workers, mall shoppers and those looking for an affordable snack.

Had the new Supreme Stack. It was surprisingly very good. I was expecting dry bland meat but had quite a bit of flavour.

I always have a great experience at this Tim Hortons. The staff are super friendly and always greet me with a smile, which honestly makes my day. They consistently get my order right, even when it’s a little specific, and they do it quickly and efficiently. You can tell they care about customer service because they make everyone feel welcomed and appreciated. Whether it’s early in the morning or later in the day, the vibe is always positive. It’s one of the few locations where I feel like more than just another customer. Keep up the amazing work! Shoutout to the manager I think there name was farina!!!

Not enough of staff, after taking every order they go away to prepare it
If i could rate this even lower, I most definitely would. This place is absolutely miserable, with some of the worst staff I've communicated with to date. The fact that they will openly talk bad to you within earshot and somehow try to make it your fault is horrible. Terrible people, alongside getting the wrong orders constantly. -∞/10

Let's be real, the only reason this Tim Hortons is in business is because of its convenient location in the Path. The staff are consistently rude, make orders wrong all the time, they don't care. They can't even seen to make a tea correctly. I personally don't expect customer service workers to be super chipper or happy, its fine to not do that in my opinion, but like... they shouldn't outright ignore people. Which the staff at this location do. Definitely the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to.

I literally cannot give any stars. The service is appalling, I don't know what the manager is doing and clearly she sure doesn't know what it is either. They rarely get your order right but hey it doesn't matter, they will lie to your face about whatever they are handing you anyways. Avoid wasting your money here

Please avoid this location. Unfortunately, during our first visit to Canada, I took my family to eat at the Hilton Hotel. We ordered some food, and my son politely asked for an extra fork. The cashier replied, “I told him we do not have any forks.”
The next day, while passing by, I overheard someone say, “Oh no, here is that person again, with a disgusting face.”
From a business perspective, this kind of behavior can lead to a company's downfall, often without the owner realizing it. As customers, we deserve respect and should not be treated poorly or made to feel embarrassed.

Terrible service! Cant even make my Ice Cap right and when i asked them to remake it; they simply said NO. I asked for the manager as they didnt replacement my ice cap, they ignored me and walked away. No refund, no replacement to my drink. What happen to coffee promise?!

Charging extra to have a medium coffee in a large cup so it doesn’t spill. I’m not asking for extra coffee. Very strange business practices
