I was ordering iced chai latte and an old looking lady with short white hair taking my order was very rude, confused and aggressive, “chai latt , it’s not chai latt” even though i pronounced it right, later.. handing the order she was loud and aggressive, mocking us , yelling “CHAI LATT.. it is how you people call it , CHAI LATT”. worst experience in tim hortons ever

I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons on 563 Sherbourne St. During my visit , one of the older women working at the counter (appears to be of Asian background) was extremely rude to us. Her behavior and tone felt very disrespectful and unprofessional, which made our visit unpleasant. As a regular Tim Hortons customer, this is not the level of service I expect. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.

had a very disappointing experience. One staff member treated my friend very rudely - speaking in an unfriendly tone and showing no respect while handling our order. This made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. We come to Tim Hortons expecting at least basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately this was far from it. I hope management addresses this behavior so that future customers don't go through the same negative experience.

Everytime getting a take out order I can Never get napkins in my bag 😤. Jus gets annoying when in a rush for work .
If I wasn’t in the car, I would’ve came back and returned it, but I didn’t have time and I’m already home..I ordered crispy bacon, ranch wrap, and this is what I got. What kind of bacon is that they used double cut bacon that’s for the scramble box . I should’ve got the normal bacon for my wrap .and the lettuce it should be two piece that wasn’t a large lettuce.it was so little and for that Price of money

Rude and Unprofessional Staff
I ordered a Mocha Oreo Iced Capp, but it came without Oreo. When I politely asked for a correction, the older lady at the counter started yelling, spoke very rudely and created a scene.
After checking Google reviews, I was shocked to see many people have reported the same behaviour from her (Old Lady) for months, yet nothing has changed. It’s unacceptable that someone so consistently rude is still representing the Tim Hortons brand.
