I had a very disappointing experience at the Tim Hortons on 563 Sherbourne St. During my visit , one of the older women working at the counter (appears to be of Asian background) was extremely rude to us. Her behavior and tone felt very disrespectful and unprofessional, which made our visit unpleasant. As a regular Tim Hortons customer, this is not the level of service I expect. I hope management addresses this issue promptly.

had a very disappointing experience. One staff member treated my friend very rudely - speaking in an unfriendly tone and showing no respect while handling our order. This made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable. We come to Tim Hortons expecting at least basic courtesy and professionalism, but unfortunately this was far from it. I hope management addresses this behavior so that future customers don't go through the same negative experience.

If I wasn’t in the car, I would’ve came back and returned it, but I didn’t have time and I’m already home..I ordered crispy bacon, ranch wrap, and this is what I got. What kind of bacon is that they used double cut bacon that’s for the scramble box . I should’ve got the normal bacon for my wrap .and the lettuce it should be two piece that wasn’t a large lettuce.it was so little and for that Price of money

Rude and Unprofessional Staff
I ordered a Mocha Oreo Iced Capp, but it came without Oreo. When I politely asked for a correction, the older lady at the counter started yelling, spoke very rudely and created a scene.
After checking Google reviews, I was shocked to see many people have reported the same behaviour from her (Old Lady) for months, yet nothing has changed. It’s unacceptable that someone so consistently rude is still representing the Tim Hortons brand.

This would be a good location if Homeless People were not allowed to come in and loiter around as well the washroom is constantly out of order every time I visit this location. There needs to be improvements made.

Staff are rude and lazy...I was buying a steeped tea and I told the cashier to refill my thermos bottle... but the lady with glasses gave my order to me with a very rude face, I ask her you do not do refill anymore? and she says: sorry... I am so pissed, very early morning... I am not going to buy in this store anymore!!! I was a customer for over 3 years and I am observing them... some are nice but most of them are rude.... speaking their own language (Indian) in front of customers.

So I decided to go get breakfast for myself from this location for the first time ever. At 6:45 am I ordered 2 sandwiches and the girl in the glasses while making the sandwiches yell to her colleague in the native language "Hindi" who order this much food at this time. I mean I understand I don't look a part of thir culture but thinking people don't speak or understand different language and complaining about the food a paying customer has ordered is not the service that is expected from any food industry. I mean honestly if you really don't want to work anpado what you are actually paid to do, then please quit so that someone else can work. I guess what else shall we expect from this location. Will try my best not to go anymore.

I typically avoid leaving negative reviews and don’t like giving one star but I feel it’s important to address a serious issue I encountered at this Tim Hortons. I noticed all of the employees are not wearing hairnets and caps🫨 It is well-known that wearing hairnets or caps is mandatory in food service establishments to prevent contamination and ensure customer safety. Seeing this basic health standard being disregarded raises significant concerns about the overall hygiene practices at this location. It makes me question what other safety standards are being ignored behind the scenes. Avoid this location at all costs unless you’re okay with eating food prepared in such an unsanitary environment.
If I could give this Tim Hortons a negative star, I absolutely would.
