I am a regular customer at this location, and I truly appreciate most of the employees who work here. They are hardworking, polite, and provide great service. I’m giving this five-star rating mainly because of Gagan, who has helped me many times, suggests great options, and knows exactly how I like my coffee as a regular customer. His service is always excellent.
However, I want to highlight a concern regarding one employee named Ritu. Unfortunately, my experience with her has consistently been negative. The way she manages the store feels unprofessional, and her attitude is often unwelcoming. Every time I visit when she is working, she doesn’t even greet customers, which makes the environment uncomfortable. Because of this, I sometimes leave without ordering when I see her on shift.
I really wish to bring this to the attention of the store owner or management, as this issue affects the overall customer experience. I want to be clear that this feedback is not for the entire team, as the rest of the staff work very hard and provide great service.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons because of an employee named Ritu. She was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Instead of helping politely, she argued with me directly and said, “Don’t you see it’s busy?” That is not how customers should be spoken to, no matter how busy it is.
Not even this whenever i call her to place order it’s just her only who refuses to take it.What made it more noticeable was that every other employee was working well and behaving professionally. In particular, Gagan stood out—he was very polite, respectful, and handled customers properly. The difference in attitude was very clear.
Customer service matters, and being busy is not an excuse for rude behavior. I hope management addresses this issue seriously.

Ordered a medium iced coffee with less cane syrup and the girl charged for an xl iced coffee with less cream. As I am disabled and diabetic(so i cant have the excess sugar)and have no muscle mass and cannot carry an xl drink I ended up dropping it. Employees should listen to what their customers are saying when they order. Now I have to stop at a different Tim's to get my correct order and pay twice. If the employee cannot speak English to understand an order then they should not be working

I had a wonderful experience today thanks to Sayima at the front desk. She greeted me so warmly and made me feel very welcome. I bought green tea during my visit, and as a regular customer, I truly appreciate her consistent professionalism and friendliness. She is definitely the best among others and makes every visit enjoyable!
