It’s so annoying because the other time down the road had their machine not working as well!
Tim’s is known for its Lattes what are you guys planning!? If you don’t have your signature drinks

Hi,
The staff needs training. The coffee I ordered was large and she fill the coffee a medium size in a large cup. I had to ask to get it up to the top. The taste was waterly. I had to add sugar pack to it. Still in order to match the taste I had to ask to add milk. If you can not offer simple ice coffee. Please shut the place down.
Remove the staff and bring back older staff maybe that will bring quality of the product.

Lovely staff. I went there to buy coffe with my toddler. The lady saw the baby and prepared timbits with sticks in it (like a lollipop) and offered for free. Such a nice gesture.

I went to the Tims at the intersection of Kipling Ave and Brookmere. I gave the order and they scanned the code. However, the code didn’t work as well as the staff was rude. Nowadays, I’m sorry to say Tims customer service is pathetic. I don’t understand that why Tims is not teaching their staff about the manners and staff includes manager.

I went to the 2291 islington ave at 8am store today (11th May) and i was totally upset with the service. I made my order and told them that i wanted to check the balance on my Tim card since there isnt an option to do it online. The card was intended to be given as a gift so i wanted to ensure i am giving the right card as the gift.So 1st one staff told swipe the card and just walked off. I wasnt able to check the balance then so another lady who was standing just next to the 1st one, came and told me swipe the card and she took the payment from it.When i told her, that i wanted to check the balance, her reply was i dint know you wanted to check the balance and the way she responded was so rude and had no basic courtesy to apologise too.I have to now buy another gift card since this card was used because of an error from the staff.Such an arrogant woman. She works in another restaurant too and i had the same experience with her there too.

Ambiance

I went to an employee March21/2024 around 11:00 am named Manisha she was extremely rude and unkind. She gave me attitude because SHE messed up my order. I was nothing but kind. I am extremely unimpressed and would like for her to be retrained as to how to act like a professional (it’s not that hard) practice makes perfect.
