Its crazy how many times they get my order wrong to the point where i have to repeat myself many times before ordering to make sure they get it right. Then they get mad and start giving dirty looks when they get the order wrong and i come inside to get it right. There is this one man who came to give me my coffee that he had to redo cause it was wrong and just kept staring at me with a dirty look as if he was mad that he had to redo my order. Listen at the end of the day I am paying for this service. also this location never fills the drinks up all the way i always have to ask them to add more water to the drink. It sucks that this is the location thats closest to my house and i have to deal with it all the time

Drinks like and steeped tea are not fresh, when drinks time expires they still sell and many I ended getting drinks that have gross taste.

Worst customer service at drive through in the morning , lady at the window is really horrible , no manners , so lazy to even put sleeves on the hot cups or to even give u a tray , and then starts talking about you with the other employees , will never go back , the other store at jane is much better
