“By far the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever experienced. The employees are consistently rude and disrespectful, and they never fill the coffee cups properly. On one occasion, they started cleaning while customers were present, causing some kind of smoke that made it difficult to breathe. My sister even approached the staff, pointing out that it wasn’t acceptable to create such conditions while customers were inside, but they didn’t seem to care at all. This location urgently needs to be investigated by the corporate branch.”

More & more, I've been noticing that cleanliness isn't on they're priority anymore. So i stopped going as often & only go if i don't see another option. Multiple locations across the city & all the same, different times of the day. Really too bad
There was so much smoke inside that I couldn't breathe. either they burn it or they fried it too much, everyone runs out from the smoke

I come here often to pick up an ice coffee for me and my partner and the staff always remember us and are very friendly and kind. Through the last few years, visiting this location has been an important daily ritual for us and they always seem to be running well with great communication and relationships between the staff. Considering it's a 24/7 location, that's a hard amount of hours and people to manage, yet they do it consistently and well.

I just want to say the customer service at this establishment is top-tier. I had the pleasure of being served by SAMAR and she was a delightful young lady who was so accommodating in helping me with an order that was done wrong at another establishment. She quickly empathized and de-escalated my anxiety. I was so upset but she made my evening all better and was able to fulfil the order correctly and effortlessly. This Tim Hortons can get my money anytime. The entire staff is always professional, polite, and in good spirits.
