A young lady at this tim hortons was absolutely disrespectful. l gave her a 10$ bill in her hand and she threw the remaining change at me and called me a peasant after placing my order. l felt so humiliated and upset that l was treated with such customer service. All l wanted to do was place my order but she gave me a hard time. l told the supervisor about this issue and he did not address it properly she was just denying it. I repeat don’t go to this location you will be treated poorly. Very sad about my experience.

I had bad experience with this store manager named elizebath ,she was rude enough, other crew member r really good, often go for an coffee I gave her the survey slip., she refused stating that it doesn't belong to this location n cant accept.it.. the charged for my xl French vanilla.. Very disappointed .. Me n my friends usually give the survey slip of different location to diff location but y can't she accept it..tims r same in all location.. She was rude enough...

I was sad one day, I was upset that’s when my friend Ivan suggested me to get a coffee. I went to the nearest Tim Hortons, which was this location. The moment I entered the building I was mesmerized by the cleanliness. It was long que but it vanished quickly with efficiency. Then I was greeted by the specs wearing young manager’s smile, it was the best customer service I have ever received in my life. I ordered a boston cream. Wow that was the best donut l ever had. I requested to see the baker and congratulated him in person. I exited the place with the warmest smile. What an emotional experience.

I went to treat myself at Tim Hortons today and decided to try their chai latte since I really enjoy the one at A&W. Unfortunately, it was awful the taste was nothing like chai, and I couldn’t drink it. When I asked for help, the manager told me there was nothing they could do, which made me feel really dismissed. I ended up crying and throwing it out. I left feeling upset instead of treated. Really disappointing experience.
