This is my first time ever writing a Google review. I visited this branch on the morning of September 9 after moving to the area, and the male staff member at the counter was extremely rude and unprofessional. I have decided never to return to this location.

The Staff is extremely rude especially (CHAD) i guess he's the manager i saw a differently abled customer they were so rude to her and than this guy literally tries to shout at me and make arrogant expressions as he's the owner i just asked for napkins and he's like get in the line i literally paid for the order got my order just forgot the napkins and I've to go again in the line. please take necessary action!

There are 3 Tim's in the neighbourhood... I find it more efficient to walk to one of the futher locations to get served faster. The line here moves slowly, often going 5 or more minutes without any movement at all, and then the staff behind the counter often seems confused as they huddle in groups/ignore the mounting crowd.

Always be sure you have a spare 15 mins if youre stopping here.

Staff over there are rude and bad service. The one Filipino in brown hair named Ritz was the most rude person over there. The taste of coffee was average but customer service was worst.

The funniest thing happened here today…walked in to order a simple bagel…and the “girl” behind the counter told me that they do not “know” what kind bagel they are selling and instead wants me to “read” off the menu myself…??!! Like seriously??!! The first Tim Horton I have been to that “does not know” or pretend to not know what “products” they are selling to “customers”…Like seriously?? I do not know or even seen this “person” in my life and she’s acting like she “hates” me or hold a grudge against me…I did not know how or what age does to a women but apparently it is pretty cruel…🥯…🥸🤪🤨🤨🤨
