I would like to make a recommendation that would increase your sales dramatically. Since so many people are moving towards sugar free keto friendly drinks and pastries, etc that contain monk fruit instead of sugar, your would increase dramatically if you added the sugar-free keto-friendly drinks and pastries to your menu.

Got a breakfast sandwich and the egg had grey patches, a old fashioned donut and it was hard as a rock. Check your food before you eat it.

I ordered a bagel with cream cheese, but when I opened it, there was barely any cream cheese spread inside, just a thin layer. It felt disappointing about this store location, especially when comparing the one that I got from a different Tim Hortons store (the second photo).
It has been improved after I wrote this review.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from an employee named Omer at this location. I was standing outside in the cold without a jacket, waiting politely for a coffee, and instead of offering even basic customer service, he showed unnecessary attitude and disrespect. His tone was rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional from the moment he spoke to me.
Rather than communicating calmly or trying to assist, he chose to argue and speak down to me, which showed a total lack of customer care and empathy. His behaviour made the situation far worse, and it felt like he was intentionally trying to provoke or belittle me instead of doing his job.
No customer deserves to be spoken to disrespectfully, judged, or mocked, especially when they are simply trying to make a purchase. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable in any workplace, and it reflects very poorly on the store’s standards and training. I sincerely hope management investigates this matter seriously, as experiences like this drive loyal customers away and damage the brand’s reputation.

Today in the morning, I buy bacon scrambled box and when I was gonna eat during my lunch break there was small hair on hash brown and bacon. I have to throw and food and waste my time to go in the freezing morning.
