Staff over there are rude and bad service. The one Filipino in brown hair named Ritz was the most rude person over there. The taste of coffee was average but customer service was worst.

The front staff who looks like filipino with a brown hair she needs to learn some manners. She needs to learn to treat and speak with customer in a decent manner.

The funniest thing happened here today…walked in to order a simple bagel…and the “girl” behind the counter told me that they do not “know” what kind bagel they are selling and instead wants me to “read” off the menu myself…??!! Like seriously??!! The first Tim Horton I have been to that “does not know” or pretend to not know what “products” they are selling to “customers”…Like seriously?? I do not know or even seen this “person” in my life and she’s acting like she “hates” me or hold a grudge against me…I did not know how or what age does to a women but apparently it is pretty cruel…🥯…🥸🤪🤨🤨🤨

The Nutella croissants has barely any Nutella.
In all other stores there is sufficient amount of Nutella, so let's not be stingy here

Food was alright but customer service was disappointing. Instead of being greeted, the first question I was rudely asked was whether I waited in line. But, there was no line, just two other people - one came into the store after me, and another one at the other side of the store who is waiting for their order to be made. A rather unpleasant first impression and overall experience.

Hello,
I just got a Nutella Iced Cappuccino and Nutella croissant. However, the Nutella in the croissant was way to less than 0.50 oz. I could barely taste the Nutella in the croissant. When I went to speak to the front cashier she argued with me that it was the standard. Which is not true. I asked for the supervisor and she also said it is the standard. I checked the Nutella cookies and the Nutella donut and there was also less Nutella in them. The standard Nutella filling for the donut is .75 oz and for the croissant and the cookie is .50. Please fix this as I like to come back again.
Thanks.

This Tim's is WAY TOO SMALL TO BEGIN WITH!!!
I am not exaggerating this at all! GO see for yourself!
There are only 2 stations where you can place your order; and the staff member working the back station is too busy preparing the on line orders!
They should hire more staff to do the online orders as this negative practice really slows down the in store ordering for people waiting in line.

The franchisee here needs to close this store and find a new location with a lot more room with more serving stations to place your orders.

On the positive side, the staff in this store are a lot more friendly than some of the rude staff working at the 2245 Yonge Street location.

The staff are great! They are always attentive and friendly. They even know the regular patrons and their orders.
There’s very limited selection and seating. You’re unlikely to get a seating for a group of four.
It’s Tim Hortons, it’s a great coffee pastries. Still bizarre that there’s never maple dipped donuts. Also, as with all Tim Hortons, there’s not much of a healthy option selection.

No parking available, but it is accessible

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a button to open both doors and a spot to sit with your wheelchair at a table.
