I’m on vacation for the holidays and I came across this Tim’s along Yonge and Eglinton, the store has the Christmas spirit as well as the staff here. Great location for a quick cup of coffee and a place to see my friends over. Donuts are so inviting that you will forget you’re in a diet.

Understaffing your stores and overworking your workers. Shame on the owners! Service was slow but that’s because store is understaffed

A lady working in front making rude faces and feels like she dont want to work
Management please address this issue
I ordered a pick-up order from the same branch, and unfortunately after reaching another area I discovered that my order was missing one Biscoff-filled croissant, even though I paid for it in full. I couldn’t return to the branch because I was already far away.
Also, the staff member (name approximately Shown) was not very helpful. No sleeve or napkins were provided, and his attitude felt uninterested and unwelcoming, as if serving customers was a burden.
This was a disappointing experience. I hope there will be more attention to order accuracy and customer service in the future.

Applying the code for Tim hortons for cold coffee. The server was very rude. Though the coffee is okay, but the behaviour is something everyone wants to be treated nicely and fairly, but she is worse.

Coffee was hot and tasty
Quality has gone in the dumpster. Lived in midtown for 10 years. Look at the lack of spread on this bagel. Not worth 3.50 just terrible

This is the worst place to get your coffee in the morning, if you a bit in the rush don’t stop at this location, besides is a Starbuck, or on eglinton and yong in the east side is a 7-11 you can buy coffee there or if you walk a small block on east direction us McDonalds .

I'm here at this location everyday, store #2245 at Yonge Street. Christian and his staff always give the best service. Good food and excellent service, that's why I always go to this location.

Long time customer of this location, ordering delivery two or three times per week. Typically I have a turkey sub, blueberry muffin and coffee. The price is right but the amount of turkey, cheese and other ingredients in each sub has shrunk significantly over several weeks. And they've certainly abandoned their fresh pot of coffee every 20 minutes policy. The last few coffees I've had taste like it's been sitting around for a couple hours. I've been going to Tim Horton's for decades. This was my last time shopping there.
