Perhaps the only Christmas Themed Tim’s branch in the area of Yonge-Eglinton!
Thank you for keeping the spirit of Christmas alive!

I'm going to stop going to thus location as I'm getting sick and tired of the attitude I get from some of the staff here. Example I was in this location this morning and the lady who was working gave me attitude when I asked her to change her gloves is because 2 reasons. 1. She just made my coffee and grabbed my donut with same said gloves. 2. She than proceeded to move thermoses of coffee around and than she wanted to make my breakfast wrap with same said gloves on and politely asked her to change her gloves which I got nothing but her attitude

We went to grab a simple coffee, but when I asked to use the washroom, they flat-out denied me without any explanation. When I pressed them for a reason, they couldn’t even give me one. Terrible service, rude staff—this place is a complete disappointment😞. Never going back. 👎🏼

So, it was my first time at this location.
After ordering, I asked for the sleeves, and there was this lady facing her back doing something who ignored me for the first few times. Only after she turned back, I asked again 'Can I have the sleeves'. She then said 'Please'. Surprisingly, I said 'Sorry, what was that?' She then said 'Say please'.
Oh my god. What a horrible way to ask 'please' from your customer.
Long story short, I was very disappointed with that lady. Doing a job that requires customer service quality and having none is shameless.

Clean and cozy! 6’C outside the store but inside, everyone or should I say, even your purr babies can linger a bit of warmth of this store’s ambiance.
How can a simple cup of coffee can turn a regular Saturday walk in this midtown area, a special day? Pastry, coffee, tea or something else on the menu, is just Simply Amazing!
Parking: Yonge Street hazard parking for take-outs only or parked on some private parking space and walk over.

The customer service was terrible, and the staff was really rude. If you're going to work in a restaurant, you should at least know how to treat customers.

Staff is so polite and very helpful. One of the philipino' cashier guys is very humble and made very nice. Steap tea is a very clean place. I would like to visit again.

My friends and I ordered for medium double double that was our first time ordering in Tim’s and the server was very rude and gave us small cup though we paid for medium cups. Worst experience ever never going to tims ever again.
