Great staff at this location. We prefer going to this location even though it is further away from our office. The staff is always friendly and welcoming! Kudos to them.
This location never disappoints with its service. I usually go in the morning. I get quick service on every visit.

I visit this Tims at least once a week and never have I ever experienced such a rude customer service! I went in to get a coffee and a glass of water and the employee (Barsha - as told by another employee) assumed it herself that I asked for my order a few seconds after ordering - whereas I was confirming about something else from another employee (because she was not around). She shouted at us and banged the order on the counter and said you cannot ask for your coffee right after ordering!
Seriously? And when I clarified what I was asking for (whether they charge for an extra cup), she replied (shouted) across the restaurant “you should have asked me cause I took your order”
Anyway if I go on about what happened in detail - this review will be too long.
I was shocked at the lack of respect for customers by her and it seriously ruined my entire day.
I have already spoken to the management and emailed their head office.
Extremely poor service . Waiting in a line in last 15 min to take a cup of coffee. Only one person making food , taking in store order and mobile service. Not recommend this location
Timmies without washroom horrible
Ok but the employees don't announce when a mobile order is complete and ready. When busy, the waiting area is cramped. You can't exactly see when your order is done so you have to check the orders on the counter yourself. How hard is it to just shout out the order # when ready?

When it comes to ordering food, it is better that you do it before the cashiers, not the machine, since if there is no product, the machine does not say anything and follows the order as if they had that product.... it needs better cleaning and Give someone more ketchup or leave it accessible for oneself to drink...
Look at the state of my sandwich! The bread is fully burnt to a crisp and inedible. A true waste of time to wait in line, go home and find this. Worst Tims location.
