Maybe it's just me, but I think this is the smallest portion of the Cilantro Chicken Bowl I've ever gotten from any Tim Hortons location. Now, I'm not saying that I was expecting it to be filled to the brim but a portion of this size can hardly be worth $9.99+tax. Not to mention I asked for my Herb and Garlic pastry to be warmed up, but it felt like it barely touched the microwave or whatever warming appliance they use. I get that maybe it was because it was busy...
Ok but the employees don't announce when a mobile order is complete and ready. When busy, the waiting area is cramped. You can't exactly see when your order is done so you have to check the orders on the counter yourself. How hard is it to just shout out the order # when ready?
Nice convenient location right across from the hotel. The staffs that I've dealt with during my stay just across from the Westin hotel, has been superb. Really friendly and attentive to my orders during my visits. Keep up the great work, guys/girls. Cheers.
