If you ever walk into this café and see Abram behind the counter, congratulations — your day is about to get at least 30% better. I’m convinced this guy was born with a built-in “customer service superpower,” because the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a smile so genuine it could probably fix a bad mood faster than caffeine.

I always have a great time at this Tim Hortons location. The service is fast, the place is clean, and the food is always fresh. A special shoutout to Shift Incharge Shyam. He is very friendly, hardworking, and always makes sure customers are taken care of. His positive attitude really makes the experience better.

I received excellent customer service at this Tim Hortons. The staff remained kind and calm even during busy hours. Server Sabina provided outstanding service, and the food preparation area was clean and well-organized. The food was served warm and tasted delicious
