Great experience at Tim Hortons! The staff was friendly and efficient, and my order was prepared quickly. The coffee was fresh and tasted just right, and the food was warm and delicious. The girl working on Monday nights always closes 15-20 mins early, she refuses to serve you especially if it’s 10 mins to 8 pm, the last time I checked if a Tim Hortons closes at 8 pm then they lock the doors at 8 pm and close up then…. Her reasoning is she needs to clean up and she wants to leave at 8 pm, it doesn’t work that way the coffee shop closes at 8 pm so she should follow the store hours rather then to close earlier and not serve the customers till the closing time … Not impressed with her and she’s terrible for business

I’m truly saddened to write this, but I feel it’s important to speak up about my experience at this Tim Hortons location. The environment has felt extremely unfriendly, and in my personal experience, the manager’s attitude has been deeply disappointing. I’ve witnessed moments where team members—especially those of color—were spoken to in ways that felt belittling and disrespectful.
No workplace should make people feel small or unwelcome, especially not in 2025. It’s heartbreaking that in a time when we should be moving forward, kindness and basic respect are still not guaranteed. I sincerely hope this location takes steps to create a more positive, inclusive, and respectful environment for everyone who works there.

Interesting. They removed my review after they replied with a link to contact guest service, which was a waste of time and created by a bot. Here’s my review again. My order took very long and sandwich was drenched in sauce. I was not able to go back because I was already heading back to work. Staff was quite unprofessional compared to many other Tims. Also a small store with just a a couple of seats

I have worst experience in this store. The ladies preparing coffee have not the skills to brew and mixing up the proportional composition a stabdard coffee should has. Secondly, as an uber driver I waited 20 mnts to pick up an order. The most sad part is they were serving drivers coming after me. Pure bad attitude which priority one from the other.
