Kindest Tim's I've ever been to. I had been feeling so sick after surgery. And even though it wasn't lunch, they went out of their way to make me soup I was able to eat.

I’ve been a regular daily customer for a long time and the quality has dropped so much recently that I will no longer be giving this location by business. I get croissants from Tim’s all the time, and I’ve never had a stale one from anywhere but this location, and it’s been every single day for too long. I’ve talked to the store a few times about my concerns but nothing has changed. Stop selling day old food to people!!

Customer service is horrible. If try to get your order corrected, they will argue with you instead of using their eyes, logic and common sense to understand what the issue is. Employees have a very "we are always right attitude"

Management should be fired and the entire staff needs retraining.
