The manager does not know anything thing about customer satisfaction. He told me he does not apologize or say sorry for a malfunction order device in his branch. For God sake, we are canadian, we say sorry and thank you even when it is ... . Please take care of the cultural difference before at least taking a manager responsibility. Never come back to any Tim Hortons.

—Reposting the below comment (for incident that occurred couple of weeks back) as it seems I posted it incorrectly on another store. Only got to know about it today when I had the same issue, and was about to add to my earlier review. Owner(s) please train your staff to handle mobile orders appropriately.
Everytime I come here, I have to remind the server for my mobile order, they seem to busy moving around but never bother to check the screen for mobile orders, beats the purpose of a mobile order if I to wait for it - 7 minutes this time.
