I had a great experience at Tim Hortons! The service was quick, friendly, and efficient. A special shoutout to Sugantha, who was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive. I’ve been a customer for the past two years and this outlet has been serving the best Dark Roast. However, since the beginning of this year someone has changed the recipe for what every reason and the dark roast is very watery and not up to standard. It’s like drinking the normal coffee. I went to the counter and got a new one made but still it was not up to standard. Please fix it to what it was before! Really disappointed! I have attached a photo and it looks like normal coffee.. usually it used to be much darker than this!

Overall the service was regular like other Tim Hortons, but the ice cap I ordered was straight up water. I went back to tell them politely but the guy working there (looked like a manager) just told me that’s how the machine is so that’s what I get and that I just gotta deal with it and he’s not doing anything about it. Then he just ignored me and called out for the next customer who was standing in the other line. Mind you I was polite and wasn’t even fishing for free stuff.
Sugan Ma was a wonderful and cheerful associate at the drive through. She was very knowledgeable of the products and patient with her customer selection and very friendly and courteous
