2025 Summer 4/5: They never designed this place properly so the line for the drive thru goes onto Sheppard live lanes REGULARLY and they are slower than most Tim's I find...inside you have to use a machine to order (no issues with it, just noting this as some people are most other Tim's I go to do not have that)...I find going inside the place faster than the drive thru EVERY TIME (as almost always am out to my car to leave before the car I would have been behind)

I got my coffee here almost every morning from the drive-through. Sometimes the line is a little bit long, but it’s definitely the best in the area. My order is hardly ever messed up and if it ever is, they’re always quick to correct it always fresh The drive-through window is absolutely great. The service is friendly proper always understood. Well the people greet you with a smile every morning makes your day better. Sugantha is lovely she serves me almost every morning always...

Favorite Timmies in the area. The drive thru team moves fast, and remember the regulars, even though the line is always long. Special shout out to Sugantna who is the sweetest aunty and stays calm even when dealing with irate customers.
