I like the fact that the staffs on this location are still having fun even and delivered. Busy and long line up but they are so fast. Kudos to the management and staffs.

We were the only people ordering. The cashier was very short with us as though they were in the middle of a rush. While waiting for our coffee, a younger employee asked the lady making our drinks if he could "just go back to sitting in the back room"

Been coming here for the past year. Drinks always good. The food is good too, today ordered a loaded wrap with slow cooked chicken, it looked like a flat bread pressed down with little filling. Its was busy and i didnt complaint has staff was working hard to get to everyone, the wrap was delicious and fresh. Just dont ask people to pay full price for 1/3 of the wrap is supposed to be. Will see how it goes next time.

Let me tell you about they did not even listen to I asked for with no egg and sausage and egg it took a long time to get my I also asked for ice a cup of ice for the tea that we ordered I have a friend who is disabled and can't drink I did not even get did you not listen to what you are saying I do not think Tim Hortons cares about this with you because there's no competition so why should they care about customer service who make Tim Hortons a big company people need to stop walking away from them when people need a tea and coffee and donuts and breakfastKid-friendliness: The staff could where cooler serving if somebody is they should be careful with the order so they do not have to come back and be more polite to customers

Disabled entrance did not work. My walker was returned to we car. I don't go to Tims regularly. Worse every time I try.No other customers waiting to order. Cashier would not answer questions. Got impatient while I tried to figure things out. Even though my friend said a number of times how he wanted his order, it was incorrect. I did not recieve the ice I ordered and was charged for.There was nowhere to sit.Eating what is now cold food, in the car.#sucks #timhortons #fail
The Asian lady who was on duty in Jan 1, 2024 was really helpful and pleasant. I wished I got her name. It has gotten busy when we were there around 8:40pm and we noticed that she’s the only one who is working there. Management should have provided a backup or at least 2 people working there to increase efficiency. Why would they allow one employee to work there on a busy day with no help?

It's a small tim hortons with limited seating in a small area. it's ok to pick up food and coffee but the line up system is awkward because of the design plan of the building is,I perfer the tims by eglinton and Dufferin in the old McDonald's was,more seats and space as
