very bad attitude towards people who don't know English well, they sell sour flour products, when you tell them this through a translator they pretend that they don't understand you, I gave them my bun and asked them to smell it because it stank sour that it was impossible to eat it. They tried to prove to me that it should be like that, a bun with onions and parmesan shouldn't smell sour, if it stinks then it's a spoiled product, a good product smells. This establishment left me with a bad 👎 👎 👎 morning.

The food is standard Timmy's so it's fine. And everyone is polite.
But the slow speed of service is record breaking. I mean even when it's a short line it's a long wait. It takes up my entire work break. How can Starbucks be faster?!
There's one particular employee that when she's working everything moves so fast, so the problem is fixable!

Today December 3 approx 10:30-11 am. My husband and son had to deal with the worst customer service from one of your employee. This employee was an older lady who mocked my husband when my husband asked if she was OK as the first that came out of her mouth was what do you want? With a sarcastic and condocending coment she said to my hisband do you want me to smile and saygood morning holding her waist with both hands. People are entitled to have bad days but you are providing a service and you have to be pleasant. Perhaps this is not the right job for her.

most consistent tim hortons of all time, whether you order in person or online they’ll screw your order up regardless.

Seriously understaffed was waiting ages. The guy Ronnie behind the counter needs to learn customer service skills. Asked to use the washroom which had a sign saying to ask for assistance and you'd think I'd personally offended him when I asked to be given access.

The staff was very limited, so I had to wait a long time for my coffee. It seems like there’s no effort to solve this issue, which makes the waiting even more frustrating.

Horrible tim Hortons....and not the service ...the staff is pretty good. It's the shitty management that decided not to keep commodities in the store and making everyone wait longer than needed.

Today I ordered medium Almond cappuccino and the guy who did it didnt even fill the whole cup and I noticed that before taking the order so when he gave it to me I checked once again and it wasn’t full to the top so he asked me if I want him to fill it and he didn’t fill it because he was worried that it would take much time!!!! Why didn’t you make sure from the beginning to have the right amount?!! After leaving the store and had a sip of that coffee it wasn’t even near to what I usually order from other branches! If it wasn’t the egg sandwich I would’ve gave this place 1 star!

I walked in to a messy and disorganized store. When I placed an order of a pizza I was given other options because they didn’t have what I wanted only to find out they didn’t have any of the options I was offered too; I spent 25 minutes standing and waiting for the initial order before I spoke to one of the employees only to be met with hostility and a rude “There’s no order for a pizza”.
This is one of the worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever walked in to.

Never ready with my mobile orders ever and they are always out of stock have to choose another option in store all the time
Visited on 2 separate occasions approx. 3 weeks apart and each time there was a sign on the door stating, "Wifi is not working. Just cash only." Clearly in this day and age, no retailer (especially a reputable chain) would ever be without Wifi for weeks on end which implies the owner is doing this on purpose. Regardless, can't use credit/ debit nor collect / redeem points. I will be reporting to their head office. Lots of other options in the area - skip this one...

I haven't been to this location for at least seven or eight years because there is no parking lot here. Usually there are a lot of people and it's hard to come here because it's just opposite a subway station. But on weekends, after walking around and getting dressed, I can come here to rest. It's very good. Most importantly, it's near Yonge Midtown , you will see a different kind of urban life. The location of this store is very good, the people are very friendly, and the food is the same. You can sit here and enjoy the weekend environment.

The staff here are always running around like confused chickens, customer as a priority? Does that even exist?
The line up sign is confusing as hell...
