I placed order in drive thru but they mistakenly made wrong coffee I came back again they apologized and gave me another coffee ,provided me refund as well. Had a great experience.

Had a horrible experience this morning. Scanned and paid for a promotion deal on the app at the counter. Told the clerk what I was ordering. Breakfast sandwich, hash brown and coffee for $6. My order comes without the hash brown. When I mentioned it they kept shrugging me off until a very rude woman finally came and said āI donāt know anything about your order, someone else took itā so I asked her to figure it out. She pulled up my receipt to find I was charged for just a sandwich and coffee. So I paid more for less. Youād think sheād just give me the hash brown. When I got to my car and open the sandwich, it was a mess and a missing about 1/4 of the English muffin broke off and the cheese was wrapped around the side of the muffin. Itās like they tried to do the poorest job possible. Iāve been coming to this spot for awhile now and staff is constantly incompetent and rude. I donāt think Iāll return after that.
