This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at Tim Hortons. The employee deliberately ignored me, avoided eye contact, and chose to chat instead of serving me, while other customers were acknowledged.
I genuinely felt I was being treated differently, and the behavior came across as racist and discriminatory. No customer should feel unwelcome or looked down on when they are simply trying to order.
Tim Hortons needs to seriously address the lack of professionalism and the way customers are treated at this location. Racism and discrimination should never be tolerated.

I ordered a loaded wrap and a coffee to go, i was served by Nirupam at the drive thru, loved how the order was taken, this is my usual go to store. That staff is Polite and patient, plus the order was made accurately, highly recommend. I also visit the store during rush hours and the management is great. The store is clean and everyone working at the store are nice.
I had coffee at this location thrice. They genuinely make a good coffee and it feels so refreshing. Unfortunately the coffee in DT locations tastes like hot water + sugar.

Service was completely rude. We God into the drive through and they were automatically right off the bat and not listen to our order. UnAcceptable, how aggressive these people can be. We asked For 3 sandwiches, clearly saying 2 veggie and one sausage. Instead, they give us two sausage and one veggie with extra mayonnaise for no reason. They also gave us an espresso, but instead of giving us 2 swedeners like we asked, they gave us with nothing in it. We came to talk in with the manager, but instead of her being nice and understanding, he was completely rude with the employees. This was my experience. I would never come back here again.
