Tim hortons has gone DOWNHILL big time. Coffee is never fresh. Coffee has to be some how HOT so you won't be able to hold it without sleeve. I have tried TH every where and is always disgusting.
I don't believe they even throw the coffee after 20 min. Why ? Because they want to save money. If they throw Coffee every 20 min and make fresh , they lose money. So , instead they rather give it to people.
I now go to Starbucks, I pay 3 dollars more, but...

Normally the service in the drive through is good. The past 2 mornings the lady taking my order greeted me by saying "ya". That was it, no other words were spoken by her. No thanks no can i get you anything else. Just one word "ya" this occurred approximately at 8:40 am. She needs to be trained properly.
