The food is soggy and a lot of things kept happening to my food it’s falling down and dripping and it just doesent taste good. If your looking for another Tim hortons to go to I suggest going to the other one across the street next to mc Donald’s it’s 10x better
Parking: There’s not even any parking because it’s basically a gas station

They have learned to cheat the system instead of giving better and quick service. I was asked to stop my car before come to drive through window so the counter will not start from their side. And on top of that they gave me everything wrong. when I got home. I have few restaurants myself and have been in service industry for last 23 years. It breaks my heart to see the Tim Hortons we Canadian are so proud of is going downhill. If you go after money then Success and customers will leave but if you go after service then money will follow.

Poor customer service!!
When I entered this place, I was expecting another greasy fast-food restaurant that has terrible staff members. But, it was actually quite the opposite. The food is not greasy at all, all the food is clearly made with love and compassion. The staff members are so nice to you, they remind me of my sweet mother. In winter, the place is super warm. They have a nice fireplace where you can curl up with a hot tea latte with a nice book. You can almost see it as your own home! In my 25 years of living in Canada, I've never seen a more welcoming place.
Worst customer service

They serve you 24 hours a day
Fast at the expense of order quality, accuracy, restaurant cleanliness, customer service and decency to both co-workers and customers. Litter around this location is awful.
Love the coffee and buns
Was on my top pick until they changed there coffee and prices
Another bad experience at Tim Hortons. Uncooked bacon. Asked for bagel toasted dark. Was asked 3 times if it was okay. Wasn't even lightly toasted. Asked for money back. Given wrong change. When told manager said "Gimme"(?). Proceeded to McDonald's and had a very nice no stress time. Goodbye forever.
