Absolutely worst Tim horns ever. Employees do not speak English and I absolutely hate it because you asked them for something, but they say they understand but they don’t!!!!!

Third time happen I asked for a bacon and sausage never got it and I know I should’ve checked but I shouldn’t have to every god dam time!!!!

Outstanding Customer Service at ESSO – Thank You, Abhi!

I recently visited the ESSO gas station where the Tim Hortons coffee is self-serve. I mentioned to a gentleman work at the gastastion named Abhi that I usually prefer when someone from Tim Hortons serves me because I’m not quite sure how to make my coffee the way I like it.

Without hesitation, Abhi went out of his way to assist me. He kindly helped me prepare my coffee, and it really made my day. It’s rare to see such genuine care and initiative, he truly stood out with his professionalism and kindness.

The station was also very clean and hygienic, which made the experience even better.

Great job, Mr. Abhi! Your excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. I truly hope more people follow your example. Thank you again for your outstanding service!

The food is soggy and a lot of things kept happening to my food it’s falling down and dripping and it just doesent taste good. If your looking for another Tim hortons to go to I suggest going to the other one across the street next to mc Donald’s it’s 10x better

Parking: There’s not even any parking because it’s basically a gas station

They have learned to cheat the system instead of giving better and quick service. I was asked to stop my car before come to drive through window so the counter will not start from their side. And on top of that they gave me everything wrong. when I got home. I have few restaurants myself and have been in service industry for last 23 years. It breaks my heart to see the Tim Hortons we Canadian are so proud of is going downhill. If you go after money then Success and customers will leave but if you go after service then money will follow.

When I entered this place, I was expecting another greasy fast-food restaurant that has terrible staff members. But, it was actually quite the opposite. The food is not greasy at all, all the food is clearly made with love and compassion. The staff members are so nice to you, they remind me of my sweet mother. In winter, the place is super warm. They have a nice fireplace where you can curl up with a hot tea latte with a nice book. You can almost see it as your own home! In my 25 years of living in Canada, I've never seen a more welcoming place.
