I used to go to this timhortons once a day on my way to work, always impressed with the product and great service, now I go there at least twice a day, all because of the service, everyone works there do their best to make guests feel special with a lovely smile, most of the time Lipi ended up serving me, all I can say Lipi is awesome (with personality and product knowledge and the smile) highly recommend others to go

Keep in mind this is in Pape station so therefore there is absolutely no seating available. It's a quick drop in pick up what you want and leave. This is not a place to hang out a place to stay a place to sit down and eat. It's just grab your coffee and go that's it. But other than that it's a quick stop and it's convenient near a train station

Highly disappointed! Ordered a croissant tosted and they gave me a burnt croissant. They knew it was a take out so dint really care to give me another one if this was burnt. The store was not busy as it was around 11am in the morning with 3-4 staff. All the staff was busy talking amongst themselves and nobody really cared to make the order on priority if the customer was waiting for the order. Had to wait 5-7 minutes for the croissant, that too a burnt one!

I always come here and each time I’m met with above and beyond customer service. The team works very hard to make sure their customers are happy, you have amazing staff here! A special thank you to Fahima and Rajini, I always do mobile orders and these lovely ladies always ensure my order is ready before I get there, which I love because I’m always in a rush to catch the train lol.

I come to this Tim Hortons every day at least four times a day, and I am genuinely satisfied with a friendly staff that work there, as well as the timely manner in which my stuff is prepared, the cleanliness of the store as well as how fast and prepared my order is. I have watched the staff go through traumatic situations as working on the Danforth can be easy, but they have handled it well and continued to work. I will go to this Tim Hortons before any other if I can get to it. I am extremely satisfied with this Tim Hortons, and I must say that the staff has made my experience their much more pleasant than any other Tim Hortons in Toronto. I highly recommend.
