Great location. Fresh stuff. Just a little more better on the communications side. Friendly staff, clean place. great to catch a bite to eat or a nice fresh cup of coffee hanging with your pals.

What the hell has happened to Tim Hortons … Pathetic service , rude staff, they ARE NOT Standing behind the name!!! They make your order wrong and won’t replace it or want a picture of it!! It’s a joke…. The manager and staff at Lundys Lane in Niagara Falls SOMMAR is her name or SIMNAAR !!!! Rude unprofessional joke!!! ZERO customer service ! Would not replace a coffee that TIm Hortons made wrong , argued with me …. I’ve been coming here for over 30 yrs and can’t believe how terrible they have become ,,,, the wheelchair button doesn’t work for disabled people the bathrooms are filthy!!!! Disgrace!!!
