This is an easy access Tim Hortons. Close to Coxwell station and stationed within the Shoppers Drug Mart, you can either grab your coffee in store or use the outdoor ordering window. Service times will vary depending on the number of customers but overall it's pretty quick. I've never grabbed food from this location so can't comment on that but my coffee is piping hot and made as expected. Staff were pleasant, no issues on that front.

Had to walk inside because there was only 1 person working. Waited 5 mins watching her put on used gloves to serve customer ahead of me her bagel..buttered one side only.
Finally my turn, order 2 large black coffees with 5 sugars ans extra cups which I paid for.
Instead I got single cups in a tray that broke 3 mins after I left, my muffin was the wrong one and there was no sugar in my coffee
I worked customer l service and I hate nit picking, but holy hell its not rocket science.
Try having scalding hot black coffee dripping all over you..hence the double cup and usually I request a double tray.. but got attitude so I said screw it.
Almost 12 and for nothing but frustration
