Tim Hortons Danforth and Broadview. Hussein the cashier and I spoke and I had a pleasant exchange with him. They made a mistake on my sandwich which I realized a few minutes away and when I returned to get it fixed the cook made up a bunch of annoying questions instead of making it a quick order.

Politely holding me up is the ultimate form of disrespectful games and if he clearly doesn't like customers or the job and has to prove something to all even kind customers he should be out of public service.

I've had many customer service jobs like Canadian Tire and the deal is you have to respect customers or your fired. Why do so many people agree things have declined?

Get back to retrain in hospitality or enjoy a mcJob for life. Dismissed.

The guys are really nice. Good customer service. Dont know the names but have to say all of em are really nice and friendly. One time the lady gave me stipped tea in a different way and i loved it. I wish i can remember everyone’s names. Well done the whole staff

Had THE best service I’ve ever had at Tim hortons. This has to be the #1 experience I’ve had. The server greeted me really well and was super efficient! I asked for two cookies warmed up and a 20 pack of timbits. I got a 30 pack instead! Best service ever and the ladies that worked there are so nice and polite. Definitely top tier customer service, wish I had tipped them. Next time I definitely will! Keep up the amazing work, ladies!

Ordered a tims bowl and received literally 3 pieces of whole lettuce I'm talking not even chopped up. Spent 20 dollars for two of them and was a waste of my money.

It was the worst service I had experienced especially living in this neighborhood for my whole life cashier apparently can't count change properly and well the food I asked it with bacon 🥓 I got sausage and a broken Bagel I barely go to this one even though living here like literally right out the door as service is horrible

I ordered a slow cooked chicken wrap and a coffee guess what the chicken wrap filling is way less and the wrap tastes odd, I have this wrap regularly from other locations and this didn't taste good. And the lady who was attending me was talking to others while I was giving my order. September 23 2024 around 5:30pm

This is the Tim’s location closest to my house so naturally I end up going here a lot. I know it’s easy to get jaded working in customer service jobs, but the employees here are always very kind and some of them even remember my name which is very sweet. Shout out to Amanda, (she’s always hustling) and to another gentlemen who’s name I can’t exactly remember (he wears glasses and is there a lot), they’re awesome.

I pre ordered a catered coffee urn on line, for pick up at 11:30, this past Sunday Sept. 22..
I got the date wrong, so of course the coffee wasn't ready. The manager (I'm sorry did not get her name) was very helpful and pleasant, considering it was my error.
They were very busy at the time, yet I only waited about 8 minutes plus she kept letting me know she hadn't forgotten about me while I was waiting.
Thanks again to the manager and all the staff at this location.
