Does every tim Hortons not understand that a butter biscuit has butter on it? It comes with butter they say, never ever is it buttered even if you ask for it. Why is that?

I bought coffee. When I went to the car and drank it, it was completely cold. I couldn't drink it, so I threw it in the garbage.
This is a terrible Tim Hortons. I had been coming here for years. The staff used to be good but over the last couple of years I noticed they have many rude staff. The place is also usually very dirty with a disgusting washroom. The food quality at Tim Hortons has also really degraded over the last few years.
