This location is clearly understaffed. I waited in line for nearly 10 minutes due to a long lineup and only one cashier working. When it was my turn to be served, the cashier deliberately called a customer who was standing behind me instead of me. The customer who was called forward was a white male. I am Indian, and being skipped in this manner was unacceptable and strongly appeared to be racial discrimination. This experience was humiliating and deeply concerning. I ordered a begal and coffee, I requested the begal to be toasted with butter, non of this was done. This incident took place at the 1000 Garrad Street location. Discriminatory treatment of any kind is unacceptable, and I expect this matter to be investigated and addressed immediately to ensure all customers are treated fairly and equally. I am requesting a formal review of this incident and appropriate corrective action. Thank you.

As for the coffee itself, it was fresh and hot—just the way it should be. I ordered a classic double-double and a breakfast sandwich, and both were ready in just a few minutes. The sandwich was warm and satisfying, perfect for starting the day.
Overall, this Tim Hortons location offers a clean, quick, and friendly environment with lots of space to sit. It's definitely a solid choice for a morning coffee or a quick bite in the downtown area.
