I recently visited a Tim Hortons located in downtown, and I must say I was pleasantly surprised by how efficient and comfortable the experience was. Being in a busy downtown area, I expected it to be crowded and chaotic, but this location stood out for its speed and organization. The staff were fast and attentive, and even during the morning rush, the line moved quickly without sacrificing service quality.

Just ordered 10 assorted timbits and when i gt home and checked it was all honey dip if i wanted honey !! Like it is said assorted
Came back after and they apologied and mentioned that it was sold out and only had honey dip which i really appreciated

Excellent customer service when i visit this Tim Hortons at morning time a employee Arpit is very good and kind with his behaviour and I like his customer service skills courteous, empathetic and patient, even in challenging situations 💯
