I ordered coffee at this Tim Hortons, but I noticed a fly on the donuts being served. I politely asked the staff to throw away the donuts, but they refused. This was very disappointing and concerning from a food safety perspective. Customers expect clean and safe food, and I did not feel that proper hygiene standards were followed. I hope management takes this issue seriously and improves their food handling practices.
Let me first start with this is my home store the one that I go to always as long as I’m close . Maria, who is one of the managers And she is one of the most down to earth person at that store, always smiling and polite and always making sure that I get what I order as I am a very precise and want what I want As I’ve been in the store as long as it has been open here, and this is one of the best stores on Danforth and the staff is top notch. They mostly know me by name, but every once in a while, there is a newbie and usually get along with all of them. I can’t say enough about this store. John Mcaulay
