Everything is good about the restaurant. Only the customers are bad as well as the neighbourhood. That’s why the restaurant has more bad reviews, because of the customer’s behaviour & their pessimistic minds.

Door dashed from the place, got everything I had except the donut. I called the dasher to get the address of the place, once everything was confirmed I called the place. This man picks up the phone and brings his co-worker “Maria” who proceeds to ask what my name was and once she had it she says there was no order. Obviously I was confused and gave them the order number. Once she looks into it she tells me to wait and rudely hangs up on me without saying anything.

I order 4 lg ice capps every morning from this particular Tim Hortons. The ice capps are always on point ? The staff always greets me with a smile or wave and inquiry of my two lil boys.
Yes. I've seen how hectic it can get for everyone when the line up get's long. Tempers do flare sometimes. One cashier while the other backs them up or puts more coffee, straws, drink trays to accommodate the line up forming. Another on sandwiches. Another baking and checking...
