The staff is always super friendly and welcoming. Some know my order by heart and will ask “The usual?”, which is a great testament to their attention to detail and customer service. They even know their regulars by name and shout, “Hi Bill!”, like an episode of Cheers. This is definitely one of the best Tim’s locations (based on customer service) that I frequent and will be sad if I should ever move out of the neighborhood.

Had a great experience here today. I ordered through the app but I forgot to customize my drink. When I brought it back to the counter to add the cream and sugar the guy working there was pleased to help me right away. I sat in for a while and drank my coffee by myself and when I left this same guy made sure to say goodbye to me by name. This visit felt like a very personalized experience.
Tim’s team members these days are expected to say “my pleasure” during each transaction but this guy really showed that it was his pleasure! He did an excellent job!

The Tim’s team at the Kingston Rd and Southwood/Main st is amazing. They know everyone, are always friendly, and move orders through fast! A truly customer focused and well oiled machine team!
The team is always warm, friendly, and quick to help. They even have my coffee ready before I reach the counter - that personal touch makes my day every time. Definitely the best Tim Hortons in the neighbourhood!
