I really like this store where I go almost everyday. Spacious dining with adequate sitting arrangements. Pretty good team. They are very friendly and cooperative. Appreciate their hard work.

Parking: It’s a bit difficult to find parking in this area. Be mindful of leaving car at the front where you can easily get $100 ticket.

Our boxing day was fulfilled with satisfaction while we were served delicious Turkey Sandwiches at this restaurant. My kids were happy to get a flatbread pizza. Amazing experiences! 🥰😍❤️

It was a good experience on here, not like other regular Tim's where you have to ask for washrooms, staff were friendly and I don't have to wait for long time to get my order.

I had a fantastic experience at this Tim Hortons, this one is not like some of the
other Tims who do careless. The staff was incredibly friendly, efficient, and always greeted me with a smile. My order was prepared quickly, even if only two were working and everything tasted fresh and delicious.

Cross Contamination is here at Tim's at Regent Park location..

Please avoid this place, as much as possible, unless you want to get very sick. The food handler, never changes her gloves and goes and handles everything with the same gloves on all day. She'll make a sandwich and then go bring stock from the back and scratch her nose with the same gloves on and when I brought this up to the supervisor, they didn't do anything. The supervisor said "she can't change her gloves all the time" I was like, she never changed it once and she did many order and went to the back with it on Aswell.

I am just discussed by what Tim's have become. No more Tim's for me.. Ever

The Tim Hortons at Regent Park in downtown Toronto is absolutely incredible and stands out as the best location I’ve ever visited. I go there almost daily, and every single time, I’m impressed by their amazing service and commitment to excellence.

The cleanliness of this branch is impeccable. Whether it’s the dining area, counters, or even the floors, everything is always spotless—even during the busiest hours. It’s clear that the team takes great pride in maintaining a welcoming and hygienic environment.

What really sets this location apart is their speed and efficiency. Even during peak rush hours, I’ve never waited more than three minutes for my order. The staff handles the rush with such professionalism and friendliness that it feels effortless.

I also have to give a huge shoutout to the manager, Tripti. I think she’s the only manager I’ve ever seen who is consistently available at the opening of a branch. At other Tim Hortons locations, I’ve rarely seen a manager on site early in the day, but Tripti is always there, ensuring everything runs smoothly from the moment the doors open. Her leadership and hands-on approach inspire her team, and it truly shows in the quality of their service.

This Tim Hortons has become a key part of my daily routine, thanks to the amazing team and the outstanding experience they deliver every time. If you’re looking for a fast, clean, and welcoming Tim Hortons in downtown Toronto, this is the place to go. Thank you, Tripti, and the entire Regent Park team, for making every visit such a pleasure!

genuinely great place to get food. got a coffee a holiday smile cookie and a sausage farmers wrap. the wrap was great no issues with chipotle evenly throughout. The cookie may have been the best cookie i’ve ever had from any tim’s and the coffee was solid as always. lots of students coming in here. did have to wait a bit to get my stuff, but for what i got in return, totally worth it. great job yall
