I purchased coffee and food at this location. When I attempted to use the washroom, it was extremely dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned recently. I requested to use the employee washroom due to the condition of the public one, and my request was denied. While I understand the policy for an employee-only washroom, the level of filth in the washroom is unacceptable for an establishment that serves food. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential where food is prepared and sold, and this facility failed to meet a basic standard of sanitation.

Sandrine and Shoji are the best out there. Always courteous, kind, and caring. If I have a complaint about the food, it gets fixed right away. I usually don't have to tell them my drink choice, as they know it's a large original iced capp. I recommend this store for the staff and atmosphere...the food, well that is corporates fault.

My husband and I came here to get coffee and use the kiosk. We put our order in and we chose the gift card option we tried using it. It consistently gave us a card error and then we asked to use the bathroom after we got our coffee and they said that the washroom was out of service but then let's someone else in the washroom. I'll never come here again. Poor service.staff are completely rude I will never ever come here again
The new lady supervisor or manager during the weekday does not know how to treat customers with disabilities. I was in one line with 2 other people infront of me. When a second line opened up the guy called the lady infront of me and she didn’t want to go ahead so I went ahead into the second line. Mind you I have medical condition that prevents me from standing too long. This almighty CEO of managers jumps in scold the guy at the counter that called me infront said O No No No you cannot take her she has to wait her turn. I just walked out the store without getting lunch.
