The service is very slow , there is 5 people in line waiting to be serve but no one of the staff taken our orders and there are 5 of them behind the cash register until I ask them if anyone can take our orders and that’s the time they started opening cash registers . They needs to improve and pay attention or be attentive .

I bought tea from Tim Hortons Bathurst &wilson, and waited for about 15 minutes. I followed up three times — the first time, they gave me my bagel order which slightly burn; the second time, they said my tea wasn’t ready yet; and on the third follow-up, the staff told me they weren’t even aware that no one had prepared my order. There were so many staff members, but they seemed very disorganized. I was in a hurry to go to work, so I ended up leaving without my order because of how slow they were and how much time they spent talking instead of working. This happened around 8:20 in the morning on November 1, 2025. I was very disappointed with that branch.
