I have been going to this location for years at the drive through and enjoy talking with the staff while my food coffee/ food is being prepared.
My last few visit I have been told to stop 10 ft short of the window with an aggressive hand out to stop and don’t approach the takeout window until she calls me up.
I’m not at the Border I'm just trying to get a coffee.
Supposedly the timer starts when you approach the window. I told the employee I dont care about the timer and have never in all the years going to 500 Tim’s locations have I been asked to do this?
Someone is cheating corporate office making is seem they are much fast servicing people wheh in fact they are simply forcing customer to stop short of the window.
Tim Hortons get worse and worse each day as well as there customer service.

actually, I drink the Tim hortons approximately from last 4 to 5 years, but today I just bring the coffee from one Tim Horton store ,employee name is sarun She makes the best coffee.

Very engaged staff. I could see every team member checking that everyone was being served - drive-thru and counter. Tidbits were fresh and well displayed. Atmosphere was only affected by the fact that the shop is in a gas station store. Thank you!

Daily I ordered decaf coffee,but they do not have sugar free vanilla syrup a girl her name is Mahi gave a great service every day I really appreciate to her

If only they could get an order correct! So many issues. Tim Hortons has really lost all integrity.

I’m buying the croissant grilled with butter everywhere in another location, but this one says they can’t do it. They’re following a different protocol, which I don’t understand. Tim’s have the same protocol everywhere? It’s such an annoying on-the-go service.

Waited for breakfast to open after my night shift instead of a&w that I’ve been getting since moving to this area. After ordering 3 items, 1 belt, 1 farmers wrap, and 1 being a bacon and egg scramble box or whatever with the hash brown that I’ve never tried I waited 10 minute. Fair enough that’s all fine, I was told it’s for the scrambled eggs. When I get my order it’s a belt and 2 farmers wraps. I tell the lady nicely I ordered the scramble box and she tells me look at my receipt it’s 2 wraps. I work service industry and I get miscommunication happens that’s fine but she told me I didn’t order what I ordered and walked off. Me being non confrontational I put the wrong item in the bag and went to walk off cause I don’t want to embarrass myself over a damn breakfast sandwich that I can afford to pay for the right item x100000. It was only on my way out after excepting my orders has been mistaken and being told I made the wrong order that the lady yelled across the store to offer me to remake my correct order that I politely declined twice. So happy I waited for the experience.
