I had a wonderful experience at Tim Hortons (Richmond&Sherbourne). I ordered a decaf coffee and a bagel, both were fresh and tasted really good. The staff were incredibly helpful and suggested that I tried the bagel. This area is a bit challenging for them, but the staffs are doing a good job. The manager was very active and present on the floor.

I want to give a big shout-out to the hardworking staff at this Tim Hortons. The employees here work extremely hard and do their best every day, even though this location is in an area where there is a lot of fear and concern due to ongoing homelessness issues. However, I want to be very clear that none of this is the fault of the Tim Hortons employees. The staff handled everything professionally and kept the situation under control. They were respectful, alert, and genuinely caring, and they made me feel as safe as possible.

The chairs were placed in a separate washroom , and the washrooms not available for customers, as it was only provided to selected individuals. Additionally, the food was not properly cooked, and the coffee was extremely diluted with no taste.
