I always enjoy visiting the Tim Hortons at 1801 Eglinton Avenue West. The staff here are incredibly nice—always welcoming, friendly, and quick to assist. Their service makes every visit feel pleasant and comfortable.

The food is consistently delicious, from the fresh donuts to the perfectly brewed coffee. Everything is well-prepared, and I appreciate the quality every time I come in.

Worst tim Hortons ever been to. Never clean, and the staff has an attitude as if they don’t wanna work. Last time we checked, Tims was not a self serve place. There is this employee yashna if she gave her name correct. Since there is never a manager or supervisor available on duty. Only two people were there and both rude to the bone. There scanner for app don’t work when asked she replied with not serving you. When asked about manager. She just walked back. I am not sure how these people are even working. Hire some that wants to work. One goes to a coffee shop to get coffee. Only place where there is always an argument. Especially with this particular individual.since there is no supervisor available ever. So I guess they feel they can do whatever. Worst experience ever. Been there twice. Both times there scanner app did not work or maybe they turn it off to collect points for themselves coz I have seen the same girl scanning her app Ano the customer after me. If you guys wanna staff people like this then I am not sure why are you in customer service industry.
