The dounuts are fresh and even look well made. The coffee is always fresh. Look it's in a bad neighborhood but the staff make this place one of the best Tim Hortons in the city. The staff faces constant abuse . But continues to give the best possible service possible. Every single employee of this restaurant gives up a piece of there soul every day to make my day a bit brighter and nicer . The staff dose not get enough credit or payment for what they give on a daily basis. If it were not for people like them this country would fall apart .....I'm a 10 year customer at this location some of the staff have been there for 15 years. That's as Canadian as it gets ...... A well earned 5 stars.

Watching a worker throw out a timbit when obviously a elderly woman,short on cash asked what she could buy for a dollar. The worker said 2 timbits.there was actually 3 timbits..the employee then threw out the lonely timbit.instead of good will an giving it to the woman who clearly was short on cash an hungry. This was the worst experience to watch as the employee got rid of that 1 timbit. I am erasing what used to be a "good Canadian company" what has become if human decency? Don't visit this location as they don't care even if you have that $1.an just discard food .

Trying to pawn off stale bagels (again). Don't take their crap, return the stale product and ask for fresh bagel. Happened to me one too many times for my liking. Get what you pay for or return. it. They should know better than to try to sell stale day old bagels as fresh

I ordered large coffee double double and farmers breakfast sandwich.. And my food and coffee tasted really amazing.. I was not a coffee lover but now i visit this timhortons every two days.. This place has become my favourite , better service and clean stores
