I understand during lunch rush the place is overwhelmed with students from surrounding schools and although the students are not very specially aware, one employee seems to really enjoy yelling at them. When that employee takes my order I don’t feel welcomed, I feel afraid and when I reluctantly come here during lunch hours, really hope I don’t have her as my cashier. Not only does she give bad attitude to the costumers but also her colleagues and I can’t help but feel bad. I hope that place builds more teamwork and a better atmosphere for the guests. I don’t only come during lunch hours, I sometimes come by in the morning and am greeted the same by the same person. Everyone else serves with a smile. It’s kind of ridiculous that it even happens.

I tried Tim Hortons in Dundas with a cute pink Barbie theme twist. 💕 The place felt fun, bright, and different from the usual Tims vibe. Service was quick, coffee was good, and it definitely added a playful touch to the visit. Nice spot if you’re looking for something cheerful with your coffee!

Nestled in the heart of trendy Junction along Dundas Street West you'll get the best cup of coffee, donuts, and other refreshin ice cold drinks to help you to beat the heat or just get your day started.
Also the customer service is 100% perfect!
This is a great location to sit and sip and snack or just take out.
Currently the whole building is pink in honor of the great Ms. Barbie herself!
So if you're in the neighbourhood do yourself a favor and come out to Tim Hortons in the Junction area and enjoy the great company while sipping on some great coffee!

The woman behind the counter, I believe the manager, was so rude to all her fellow staff, barking at them condescendingly over tiny things. It must be terrible to work at this location, I felt bad for the other young employee, who for all I could tell was doing a great job and was friendly.
