This Tim Hortons at Dundas & Clendenan is honestly one of the best I’ve been to. The staff are always warm and welcoming, and they somehow manage to make even a quick coffee run feel like a positive start to the day. My order is consistently fresh and accurate, and I really appreciate how fast the service is, even when it’s busy. The store is always clean and well-kept, and you can tell the team here takes pride in their work. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to come back again and again. Thank you to the whole team for making every visit such a great experience!

Not sure how this location has hundreds of reviews already given it just opened last week. And none of the pictures are the correct location. Either way, get out of our neighbourhood we have real coffee shops and real bakeries already. Tim Hortons is not wanted nor needed and I hope to watch you fail quickly.

The Junction has so many good cafes and restaurants that deserve the business, no idea why there needs to be yet another Tim Hortons smacked in the middle of the two at Clendenan and across from Dundas West Station respectively.

This location supposed to be open but the staff inside didn't answer the door and she just locked the door and left. Meaning they're closed even it said open until 6pm.
Very rude!

The staff are very courteous and helpful overall. However, there were some communication challenges, as one of the senior staff members seemed to have difficulty understanding English. Some additional training and skill development could really help improve the experience for customers and support the team even further.

The staff is rude I asked for a tray for my multiple drinks the guy ignored me and when I asked again I was told I was lier i never asked for a tray and he is making other ppls coffee ask someone else when he just handed me my order
The manager did nothing just stood there and let her employee yell and talk that way. That is no way to treat any customer by any employee

I’ve been a loyal customer at this Tim Hortons pretty much every day for my iced coffee ritual. Usually, I love it. But today was a whole different story. There was only one cashier and two lines open and one lined formed and unfortunately, a group of teenage boys blatantly cut in front of me and other people and got served first. This occurred because there was not enough staff to run two cashiers and therefore one lined was formed bur the stanchions allowed them to go directly to cash and skip the formed line

I get that the staff probably didn’t want to cause a scene, and I don’t blame them for the kids’ rudeness. But it’s really disappointing when the store isn’t staffed well enough to handle these situations. If there were more staff or a clearer way to line up, this wouldn’t have happened. As a daily customer, it’s frustrating to have my one little daily treat turned into a hassle because some people think they can just jump the line.

I hope management can consider better staffing or clearer line management so everyone gets served fairly. The staffs great that is there fyi

The staff at this location are great, they’re very kind and they work quickly but I’ve had a few instances at this location specifically that make me hesitate coming here. First, I had to stop ordering the protein latte because despite clear instructions, it was always being made incorrectly. I worked for Tim Hortons years ago and I know that this is just muscle memory mixed with being busy; you get used making drinks the way you’re trained to, and because my order is usually communicated verbally (because there’s no button for it or if there is one, it’s hard to find and just easier to tell the builder) they might forget my specific order by the time they go to make it, because something inevitably comes up between the time they are told and when they make it. So after having my order done wrong and being remade a few times I just decided to go back to coffee to make it easier on them and me.

Then, I was off work today so I came into this location but I ordered using the app because you get extra points right now if you use mobile ordering, but I was in the restaurant when I placed my order. I waited 10 minutes before I asked the worker if my coffee was ready. Turns out they do mobile orders at the window outside. I’m sorry but what?? Again, this is not in any way blaming the worker, he was very nice and got my coffee for me, he just informed me that mobile orders go to the window. What do you mean you’re going to have people stand outside to get their order in winter?? If people want to use the window, great - I do not want to. I would like to pick up my order inside. Knowing that’s their policy I will either not return here or I won’t use mobile ordering anymore, but I do think the restaurant should reconsider this. You can make window pick up an option but it shouldn’t be the only option for mobile orders.
