I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the service I received at your Keele and Bloor location this morning.
From the moment I approached the counter, the staff member serving me displayed a level of rudeness and disregard that is completely unacceptable in any customer‑facing role. Instead of a simple greeting, she opened the interaction with a blunt “What do you want,” delivered with no courtesy or professionalism.
When I wished her a “Happy New Year,” she did not acknowledge it at all and simply repeated, again, “What do you want,” in the same dismissive tone. This is not the standard of hospitality I expect from Tim Hortons.
Additionally, she did not seem to understand the difference between an Americano and a regular black coffee, despite my clear explanation. This led to unnecessary frustration and delays.
Finally, as I was leaving, she began speaking negatively behind my back. This behavior is disrespectful, unprofessional, and completely inappropriate.
I strongly urge management to address this immediately. Staff who interact with customers must demonstrate basic courtesy, proper training, and respect. At minimum, this employee requires retraining in customer service and beverage preparation.
I hope to see meaningful action taken to ensure this location meets the standards associated with your brand.

The coffee aren't that gud. Ive came here because it's close to my house and I ordered a triple triple and double double and gotten a coffee with no sugar in it and I came twice there and this gotten 2 coffee's with no sugar again. This Tim Horton's I really don't even like it. Because the people that work there aren't making the coffee's gud. You people lost a customer.

Foods and coffee is always fresh and ready. Mobile pickup is super quick. Usually there's a big line but mobile order makes up for it. Never had a problem with my order or stocking orders.

We visited this location this afternoon and I ordered a Boston Cream doughnut and while we were in the car riving I ate it and it was chewy and no filling. Very disappointed!
