The service is so bad, I went today December 28 at 3 pm for 1 ice cup, the employee did it with a lot of caffeine and the ice cup wasn’t even so ice cold as it should be, I went back to check if a refound or the reason why this happened and she just said that she did it right and stuff, I don’t recommend the ice cup from there and the bad attitude of the employee because I saw her faces and how mad she was, I’m paying for a service not for attitude

Absolutely Disgusting Experience
I visited Tim Hortons and had one of the worst customer service experiences ever. I ordered two bacon sandwiches, and while waiting, the employee literally dropped our food on the floor. To make it worse, someone stepped on it, and they still served it to us without replacing it.
Are you serious? That’s not just bad service — it’s completely unacceptable and unhygienic. We left the sandwiches on their table and walked out. $15 down the drain because they couldn’t even be bothered to do the bare minimum.
If you care about your health, money, and being treated like a human being, avoid this place.

This is my local Tim’s and yes it’s a gas Timmy’s but don’t let that turn you off. This location’s food and coffee are always on point and the staff works fast to deal with the surprising amount of traffic this smaller location can get. Be warned at high traffic times this location can get busy but surprisingly the staff find a way to move the line along as quick as possible. I recommend placing your order ahead of time for pickup using the Tim’s app. I have never had to wait for a pickup order here and you skip any line that might be forming.
