I was denied a sleeve for my hot coffee, the lady at the counter said they didn’t have any so I pointed out that there were a pile of them right beside her. She quickly grabbed them and said they were not for customers. Then she tried to sell me an extra cup for 10 cents. How far has this company fallen? I will be getting my coffee elsewhere from now. Multi billion dollar corporation can’t afford sleeves for customers? I find that hard to believe. Terrible customer service. Get trained.

I never expect perfect, humans make mistakes. But almost every location struggle to make drinks consistent to what is offered on the menu. A simple vanilla cold brew is NEVER the same and the staff will argue that the customer is always wrong. I work in customer service and know how crap people can treat us. But being wrong is ok, mistakes happen. But to argue and not offer to correct the employee mistakes isn't right. So many times I'm given an ice coffee or a stirred cold brew when all I want is what is supposed to be a vanilla cold brew. We can can do better. Picture to show what it should be when done right. ( I refused this time to take what wasn't what I ordered, and was given horrible attitude in response)

I went to this location this morning with my daughter to buy my coffee and Tim bits for my daughter. I clearly told the old Indian lady at the front counter that I want medium double double but they gave me only small double double coffee and even my daughter told them that we placed the order for medium double double not the small double double coffee. They even didn’t apologize for their mistake and refused to provide the receipt to see whether they charge me for medium coffee or small coffee. Please avoid this Tim Horton store if you value your time and money. There are so many people working in this location that needs hearing aid for sure😡😡😡

October 19, 2024 at around 4pm, I bought 3 coffees and a donut from one of the associates. A male associate asked me if I have tims rewards card which I said no. HE THEN PROCEEDED TO SCAN A CARD TO GET MY POINTS, WHICH I AM ASSUMING IS HIS OWN REWARDS CARD. This is very unethical and I would like to raise this serious concern. I did not agree to this and I believe this is against Tim Hortons policy. Management can review this on camera or wherever and they will see this happened. This could have happened to a number of people not just me.

I'm at your location at Scarborough hospital "served"by Marivic, i have to say she was not friendly at all , not a smile, not a thank you. I work in customer service and that is not the way to serve customer. If you don't like your job look for something else. Coaching required.

i’ve been here multiple times just for the sake of being the only fast food chain sold here at the hospital. safe to say the service is slow and often time they get the orders wrong in which it has happened in lots of cases where there would be items missing in my order. i wouldn’t recommend coming here.
