These folks are working hard constantly. There’s usually always a lineup of people but the employees are working hard to serve. The atmosphere is nothing to bat an eye at though. Pretty plain.

It so happens that my grandmother was admitted here to General Hospital, and I was thirsty, so I decided to get a drink. I ordered the strawberry watermelon sparkling quencher and it tasted delicious! My order was processed quickly after I ordered my drink from the app.

You can’t play with my money guys.
I ordered bagel and croissants. They made the bagel without toasted where i ordered double toasted.

When I asked the person in charge she literally throw it in the floor and asked the other person to make it.
Her name is Mar****
I’m hoping that the management from this store take an action about it and teach the employee how to behave with the customer.

The owner really need to get some more people working here it’s super packed and take more than 20mins each time to get an order ready. Very poor service due to management horrible

The only reason I leave comment because the Scarborough General Hospital branch’s coffee is not fresh, staff keeps using the old beans. Come on, I don’t mind bad service at the spot of hospital but coffee and food must be fresh, it is a hospital branch, doctors and nurses need these to keep their services. Not acceptable at all, no wonder the hospital staffs want to strike.

Must be tough in a hospital, where everyone is frustrated, scared or worked up. The staff are great - very polite, patient, and quick. They really do make the extra effort. The atmosphere is weird, but it’s not their fault the location is small and awkward. It’s been a long day here and I’ve gone to see Jonas there a few times already, lol. He’s smiling every time. Job well done. All of you.

Rare that a hospital-based Tims allows for mobile ordering which makes it very convenient. The lineups here can be long so having another option to order is welcomed. The Filipino staff here seem to always be in good spirits which is absolutely needed in such a busy location. Only a few tables available like 6 total for 2 people each.

I was denied a sleeve for my hot coffee, the lady at the counter said they didn’t have any so I pointed out that there were a pile of them right beside her. She quickly grabbed them and said they were not for customers. Then she tried to sell me an extra cup for 10 cents. How far has this company fallen? I will be getting my coffee elsewhere from now. Multi billion dollar corporation can’t afford sleeves for customers? I find that hard to believe. Terrible customer service. Get trained.
