coffee is fine. staff is incredibly rude.
Out of stock for most items and the wait time was too long. They definitely need more staff to help them out.

I had a wonderful experience at the Tim Hortons in Humber River Hospital. At first, my order was made incorrectly, but the staff handled the situation with such professionalism and kindness. The supervisor, Nibedita, was exceptionally pleasant, caring, and professional. She immediately apologized, replaced my order without hesitation, and even offered me complimentary food and drinks. Her warm attitude and dedication to customer service truly stood out and made my day. Thank you, Nibedita, and the whole team, for turning a small mistake into a positive experience!

The worst. Well, unless you enjoy huge eggshells in your breakfast sandwich, being talked to with ignorance and really bad service.

Legit so slow, have workers who only socialize with eachother in their own language.. see the customers waiting yet aren’t really hasty to taking their orders… during evening - nights they don’t even make any pastries at all and what’s left has been stale for so long. The drink just taste so bad at this location, food is ok kind of slow with that too…

I recently visited Tim Hortons and ordered three French vanillas and an English muffin. The drinks were made quickly, and the coffee was just as delicious as always. However, I did experience a slightly longer wait for the order. Despite this, I really appreciated the overall quick service, and it’s always a bonus that Tim Hortons is open 24 hours, ensuring I can grab a snack or a coffee no matter the time. It's convenient, reliable, and consistently delivers a satisfying experience!

"I had a very disappointing experience at this place. The staff were extremely rude, especially a young male employee. When I asked him for two coffee sleeves, he threw them at me right in front of my face. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and ruined my visit."
Horrible serving, I got this chicken wrap and it all fell apart, despite asking extra grilled. The employee handed to me without napking or placed in a bag.

Was told today by the person preparing the food orders that "We only give napkins if the customer asks." I'm pretty disgusted by this place if this is what management is enforcing. Firstly, I understand waiting for the customer to ask if all they ordered is a coffee and muffin. But when they order a bagel, sandwich or anything breakfast, lunch or dinner, napkins should be automatic. When I worked at Tim Hortons, it was a rule actually. Shame on them for putting their low paid employees in a position to explain their boss's stingy ways to customers. They received the backlash and the person hiding in the back just counts money.
