Old food and bad service. Nothing seems to be fresh here
Too slow, selling expired food and coffee in a hospital that’s a shame. Long wait in the line up and employees don’t care. Very poor service
Asked for assorted timbits and recieved over half of the same stale strawberry filled. Like they were trying to get rid of them. They are inedible.
Jasleen did a good job. I asked her if I could get a fresh brew. She smiled and said yes. I received fresh coffee, and I love it! Thank you for the excellent service.
A very welcoming atmosphere, staffs are great and helpful thumps up the my cashier Sherri she's the best since have been coming here. Also my dad is in the hospital sl I visit often and he loves his coffee and fruit explosion
Since the renovation, this place has gotten much better. Now they offer the full Tim Hortons menu, including sandwiches, soups, bowls, and more. The kitchen is open, so you can see them making your sandwich. There are also more staff members, so the line moves faster. The store is always clean when I visit. There's no seating inside, but that's fine. You can take your food down the hall where there are tables and chairs.
excellent

Arrive at 315 am, signs says open 24 hours, goto buy a sandwich and was refused service, said she was on a break... I was at the ER for 6 hours and needed a coffee and sandwich... I guess her break was more important. And sandwich was pre-made so would have took 1 min for her to scan it.. thanks Tim's!!

Staff were competent, they had a good variety of fresh donuts. Location in the hospital is good for the old part
Parking: You pay for hospital parking, I would not go here just for the donut shop

Poor severe muffins dounts are 3 days old not fresh staff not helpful should not even be open as the coffee didn't even tast like a tim hortons coffee
The bagels are better at Starbucks so not sure why they are so expensive- you have to pay separately for a bagel from any drinks.
Drinks and food in the fridge are a mixture that you may be able to pay by some from your app, others by cash only but there is no distinction.
Was in isolation on the 10th floor and didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to be downstairs at all….but hopefully they don’t serve a side of infection should they restock those items, but I did inform them when they wouldn’t let me pay by app, I touched due to no notices on the fridge or anywhere for what is cash, and what is contactless payment by app.
Overall a very frustrating and not enjoyable Timmy’s experience. ??♀️

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tim Hortons located at Etobicoke General Hostipal, and I must say, my experience was exceptional thanks to an outstanding employee named 'Jenil'.
First and foremost, Jenil made the best London Fog Tea latte I have ever had at any Tim Hortons. The tea was perfectly brewed, with just the right balance of flavour and strength. The creamy chill was rich, smooth, and incredibly refreshing.
To top it all off, I decided to try the multigrain bagel. Jenil's service was prompt and efficient, and he served the bagel with care.
Keep up the fantastic work! Thank You.
