Arrive at 315 am, signs says open 24 hours, goto buy a sandwich and was refused service, said she was on a break... I was at the ER for 6 hours and needed a coffee and sandwich... I guess her break was more important. And sandwich was pre-made so would have took 1 min for her to scan it.. thanks Tim's!!

Staff were competent, they had a good variety of fresh donuts. Location in the hospital is good for the old part
Parking: You pay for hospital parking, I would not go here just for the donut shop

Poor severe muffins dounts are 3 days old not fresh staff not helpful should not even be open as the coffee didn't even tast like a tim hortons coffee
The bagels are better at Starbucks so not sure why they are so expensive- you have to pay separately for a bagel from any drinks.
Drinks and food in the fridge are a mixture that you may be able to pay by some from your app, others by cash only but there is no distinction.
Was in isolation on the 10th floor and didn’t realize I wasn’t supposed to be downstairs at all….but hopefully they don’t serve a side of infection should they restock those items, but I did inform them when they wouldn’t let me pay by app, I touched due to no notices on the fridge or anywhere for what is cash, and what is contactless payment by app.
Overall a very frustrating and not enjoyable Timmy’s experience. ??♀️

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Tim Hortons located at Etobicoke General Hostipal, and I must say, my experience was exceptional thanks to an outstanding employee named 'Jenil'.
First and foremost, Jenil made the best London Fog Tea latte I have ever had at any Tim Hortons. The tea was perfectly brewed, with just the right balance of flavour and strength. The creamy chill was rich, smooth, and incredibly refreshing.
To top it all off, I decided to try the multigrain bagel. Jenil's service was prompt and efficient, and he served the bagel with care.
Keep up the fantastic work! Thank You.

I am not the type of person who eats out, but Every time I come to this location that means I’m in the hospital and I’m not feeling well and every time I come to this location I’m never satisfied every time it’s always the issue with my order I told the cashier that I am not pleased with my order, I ordered large hot chocolate, and the drink did not smell fresh or pleasing to my nose I even tasted it to be sure that it taste good and it did not taste good. I asked the cashier to change my purchase just to a small orange pekoe she said that she could not change it so I said, let me ask the manager to change it and the manager relate to me that she could not change it either so I said, what am I supposed to do with a large hot chocolate that I cannot drink? The manager then stated if I want another drink I have to make another purchase so I asked the manager if I went to any other Tim Hortons location they would change it but every time when I’m ill and I’m in the hospital I always have poor service at the Tim Hortons so if she could just understand that I’m in the hospital for medical reasons, and if she could just make an exception it would be very much appreciated. The manager then stated that she will not make up exchange and if I want another drink, I have to make another purchase after five minutes of arguing, then told the cashier that was taking my order to assist other customers only it looked like I was getting irate. Did another customer have compassion for me and purchased my drink for me and sent me on my way. at this point, Tim Hortons needs to hire staff who possess compassion

A women named Numrit made me a tea with too much sugar and I asked her to make a new one with less. She refused and tried to make me pay for a new tea. So rude and lack of customer service. No manager on duty to discuss this with. Really disgusting attitude towards a patient who just wanted a tea.

It's a hospital location so menu is limited. Not as a regular timmies. They do have fresh on the go fridges and pizza pizza slices and patties ( but I've never tried those before) service is great , clean open concept on the east main floor of the hospital . Washroom is right there to use . Hand sanitizer available and masks to your comfortability at every entrance. Take out only
Parking: There's 2 hour free parking spots , and paid parking available
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible from all entrance, elevator close to Tim's if you needed to go upstairs to a floor.
