Drinks service is fast but food service is so slow everytime I have to wait for 10-20 minutes to get my food and by the time my drinks gets cold. Need to manage people, three people at front to make drinks but only one person at food station and the speed is so slow.

The service is so bad, so late. I waited for more than 20 mints for just a one order. Disappointed.
Worst service ever. I ordered a soup and didn’t receive a spoon and didn’t get me started on the sandwich

Closed at 9:54pm and was told they will reopen in 1 hour. The only food location in the hospital should be closed at all, especially since it’s listed as 24 hours. How am I supposed to get food now when we are waiting for an X-ray? The hospital needs to have a better plan so we are not forced outside, there should be more options available to us
The scrambled egg had a mixture of the fried egg from the breakfast sandwich I am wondering if that was chopped from the leftovers

They keep talking among themselves instead of addressing the customer. Waste of time

I went to this location on August 20, 2025 around 8pm . I purchased a bagel with cream cheese and a tea. I stood in the store waiting for my bagel as I had already got the tea. I then proceeded to ask for the bagel because I thought maybe they forgot about it. Well to say the least the bagel was sitting on the area where mobile orders are picked up. I refuse that bagel because by this time it was cold and felt very hard. I kindly asked for another bagel which the employee went to get the supervisor. She came and said she can warm it in the microwave and I still refused the bagel which upset her. Her demeanour changed , she was very rude, looked at me like I am supposed to accept the cold hard bagel because she said so. You can take one look at someone and know that they have no idea how to be professional, has no customer service skills and needs training as to how to speak to customers. Even when I was leaving she was still bashing me and I heard every word. I paid my money for the food and I should not have to accept bad service!
I found a fur ball in the soup. It was disgusting.
This Tim Hortons location has poor quality baked goods.
Today, I almost ordered some donuts to go with my tea until I discovered a few flies swarming inside and pitching on some random donuts.
It's issues like these that continue to tarnish the Tim Hortons brand. Quite frankly, you shouldn't be allowed to operate a food establishment if you can't abide by basic food and safety standards. Now as a result, I also have to question the overall cleanliness and safety of the food preparation area.
