Food and coffee just like any other time hortons. Its the brutal service for me and the bathrooms are disgusting.

The atmosphere of the store was nice, but when I was placing my order, a female staff member who appeared to be Filipino was singing loudly and enthusiastically along to music playing, which made it hard to focus on my order. Also, when my order was ready, they loudly (almost yelled) called my name while I was sitting right there and laughed with another staff member, which felt disrespectful and made me uncomfortable. I hope they can be more attentive and respectful to customers in the future

The location of this store is prime yet the staff’s behaviour over here is rude. The guy named “MAC” had talked abruptly while taking my order. Please avoid that jerk over here.

I came in here and had a coffee and tried to go to the washroom. Locked. Asked the staff to open it they said to wait because someone must be in there. I waited 15 mins.
Four other people asked staff to open it. Eventually one staff member opened it. It was empty. It had been locked the whole time and they lied to me.
Once a customer used it and left. I went up to use it and it was locked! They never unlocked the door they only opened it. I guess they expected everyone to hold the door for the next customer.
Great service and lots of food selections.
I ordered 2 donuts and an ice capp. Donuts were amazing, super soft and taste was great. The ice capp was disgusting. Extremely sweet and tastes bad. Even the look of it is very different to any ice capp ive ever gotten. You can see its not mixed properly, all the sugar coffee is at the bottom. I tried mixing it, still tastes gross.

Store is horribly understaffed...lineup out the door most days and no dedicated staff in certain areas...one staff has to take your order, make it and also keep up with online orders, only 2 people working most of the time, very slow...but nice staff nkne the less
food's good, nice servers, seating is pretty comfortable if you choose the right spot. overall pretty nice
Everything is good, just the heat vent is too noisy. This problem happened for a long time, but no one fixed it...
