Ordered coffee with 1 1/2 almond milk. The almond milk was spoiled. The staff went on to serve the coffee made with visibly curdled almond milk and sealed the cup before handing it to a me. I reported the issue to both the store and Tim Hortons and no action was taken.

Experienced several cases of poor customer service from both the staff and apparently the manager who they have to ask about whether they can give out more than 2 ketchup. Hilarious in a ridiculous way. Not going to waste my time writing further about these.
7pm, not super busy, got my latte in less than 5 minutes.

Worst customer service. They treat the customer like they giving them free food. Huge line up and only one cashier.
I paid for chipotle dip separately and asked it as a side. The guy with braces ( sorry don’t know his name) filled it to low quarter half. I asked him to fill it atleast little more and he said we can’t fill it fully.
This was not free. I paid for it. Then he filled it to full top and threw it for me on the counter. Stupid and uneducated staff!!!
